A special thanks to Ms. Emma Joy Nicolas, who assisted us with great professionalism and hospitality. She went above and beyond by arranging the largest suite for us, which made our first visit even more memorable. I truly appreciate her outstanding service

Came here with my family for the second time this year. We liked everything in May. In August they banned the use of balloons in the water, children are not allowed to play with sand on the beach, dig with children's shovels and play with water on the shore. They gave us a room with a view of the wall. Total disappointment. I will never come here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

-Staff members are all friendly and hospitable. -Service is quick and efficient. -Rooms are clean and spacious. -Swimming pool is not too big and beach is facing buildings with un clear water.
