Al Raha Beach Hotel

The best hotel in abudabi very nice place excellent people who work in reception and outside thank you for amazing room. All facilities are on top. I like everything about this place. Very clean and good atmosphere. I hope to be back soon and enjoy.

Lovely large room and bathroom (bath as well as shower), quality mattress, fantastic food (variety as well as taste). I must say I was well impressed by room cleaning services (the best I’ve seen so far). I loved the fact all the pools are rather close to each other - i could see the kids all the time. Other positives: proximity to the airport (10mins by taxi), everyone kind, polite and professional- great hotel!

The hotel staff greets you with a smile. They are kind and always ready to help. A place in the underground parking of the hotel was provided free of charge. We took the elevator down to the car. My English is "not very well". And it didn't become a problem. At least two employees spoke to me in Russian. Those with whom we communicated through a translator were very patient and kind. Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa is a place where you can let an 8-year-old child go to the hotel lobby or pool alone. And he will always be looked after (hotel security, lifeguards on the beach and by the pool). An exquisite buffet. Snow-white bed linen. A great place for a family vacation.

This was our second visit to this lovely hotel. Firstly, it's location to the airport is ideal. Approx 12 min drive. Staff at the door friendly and welcoming. Edwin took our cases and said he would bring to our room after we checked in. Booked in at reception and spoke to Emma (Guest Experience Manager) We were lucky to get a room upgrade. The restaurant was still open when we got there. Food, as before, very good. Some complained it was samey. I can't see that, and loved what I had. There are other restaurants to try as well as the main one. When we needed guest services the response was very prompt. Two of the staff from the pool bar remembered us from our last visit and it didnt take long for them to.temember the drinks. Lifeguards at the pool and on the beach are very alert and quick to whistle when they see something. A very safe area. The grounds are very clean. All in all a fantastic hotel with friendly staff in a great location. It is also attached to a small shopping mall with a variety of shops and a supermarket. There is a watersports centre on the beach and we had a lovely 2hr sunset trip around Yas island. The team there were great. Jet skis are also available, which some of our party used. I cannot fault the hotel or the excellent staff. Our third trip here is booked for later this year.

Stayed at this resort for the 5th visit, always get a good welcome. Good service, good breakfast, great location and staff are very friendly. Only improvement I can suggest is to have more choice for breakfast for vegetarians. Beverages are limited.
