Al Raha Beach Hotel

Fantastic location, outstanding service Certainly an excellent value for the price. Unfortunately I could only spend three days here to enjoy the delicious food ( huge varieties at the breakfast and dinner buffet) and the relaxing pool area. The room was spacious, very clean and had a wonderful sea view.

We have been going to Al Raha for 15 years. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is high quality and the customer service is second to none. In particular, I would like to mention the following staff who really went the extra mile to make our holiday special (especially for our elderly parents) :- Lana on Reception helped us enormously, we are very grateful ; Miko(front desk buffet), Aye(fantastic waitress looked after us so well), Joyce(also fantastic, always smiling) . At the pool, Ali was brilliant with Mum and Dad and looked after us all. Lifeguard Kiran in particular treated us every day like family and was so helpful. Kusan and Surdar were also fantastic at helping us around the pool. Pool bar staff Krishna(manager), Sauvan, Rajkumar and Hanim looked after us extremely well every day. Housekeeping Rahat, Mukesh and Udaya were always helpful and professional, particularly with mum and dad. Thankyou for decorating our rooms for my birthday. I would recommend this Hotel and all the staff. We will see you again soon.

Everything was very good except food, rest of things are fine and ok , we like the location, room service and specially the character which they create on our bed

A lovely, easy stay at Rana Beach Resort. A massive thank you for the complimentary upgrade to a golf view; it’s gorgeous! The pool was quiet as it’s summer time and I recommend coming now for a peaceful trip. The staff are very attentive and welcoming throughout. Lovely sauna, steam room and gym facilities. Good cocktails too by the pool! I’d like to highlight some great service in our rooms. Akhilesh and Ilaraja made our room look wonderful! They were efficient, took great care to make sure the room was spotless and the towel creation was fantastic!! Thank you for your great care in cleaning our room.

Happy Days and smiles for 2 weeks @ Al Raha. Another fantastic, warm, and friendly family holiday. A massive thank you to LANA & ANIL (reception), truly professional and going above and beyond with our bookings and upgrades. Great, big, tidy, clean rooms. A big thank you to Iliarajah, Prem & Arum from housekeeping, who kept the kids happy with their towel puppets, sweets, flowers, and cold water. A special thanks to senior chef Yasser and his team of very talented chefs who delighted us every night with bespoke, tasty dishes, and gluten-free options. Adults were on all-inclusive, which provided variable dining options, flowing cocktails, and local alcoholic drinks whilst the kids were on full board, which was restricted to the buffet restaurant alone - but a good choice of dishes. Got to mention AYE and JOYCE in Sevilla restaurant. We were always greeted with a warm smile, and our glasses were never left empty. They were truly professional, always accommodating, and with a fantastic attitude - thank you. The pool is big and clean with a card system for towels, but ALI, KIRAN, KRISHNA, and all the poolside team really looked after the family, especially ma and pa. Great atmosphere round the pool, music, aerobics, games, and kids' entertainment available every day. It does get busy over the weekend with local families, but everyone is friendly and respectable, and the beach is great with the hammocks providing a nice touch.
