Holiday to remember
Had a great holiday all the staff were fantastic.I could name a few Ronnie who cleaned our room Joyce from the restaurant and all the restaurant staff .Every member of the staff from pool bar ,the main bar ,the other two restaurants.Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience
This was our third stay at the hotel, and once again, we had a really lovely experience. Even though we made the reservation at the last minute, the communication by email was very easy and the team was always there to help us. We really appreciated how professional and helpful everyone was. A special thank you to Doaa Khatab for her support. We also spoke with her by phone and she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We were also very happy and grateful for the upgrade to a suite It was such a nice touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel welcome once again. It’s always nice to come back and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. ❤️

Best staff and hotel
Very pleased with everything. The staff were amazing. Sheijana was very friendly and kind. The hotel is very nice and clean and the food very tasty. We really enjoyed our 6 nights and were very sad to leave. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful, well-maintained, and luxurious area that offers an incredible vibe and stunning views.From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly, supportive, and welcoming. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
