Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort

I am currently staying at Danat jebel Dannah resort on a mother a daughter vacation. Our twin room is excellent- spacious with two double beds and a full view of the sea. We have been receiving the highest level of customers service. In reception Vina has been most helpful and always greets us with bright smiles. In the restaurant all the staff put in the utmost effort to make sure all our meals are great and that we enjoy what we eat. The chef Sharifa is excellent and the food she makes is always tasty. Restaurant staff Bashir and Chloe are always attentive and elevate our dining experience by going the extra mile. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and it’s a perfect destination for a restful experience. The house keeping team is also great I want to give a mention to our housekeeper Simrandeep who is so kind and puts care into her work. She is also on the ball with responding to any requests. The two members of staff responsible for our room turndown Chamil and Shubham bring fun and joy everyday with the towel animals and fresh flowers. and Based on our experience so far we will definitely be returning. If there are any suggestions we would make it would be to have drinks available by the beach loungers although the pool bar is only a short distance away. Either way we are enjoying our stay to the fullest and will definitely return 😊

Well where do I start. From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly staff . Check in easy and because of outside works on the beach which was only for a few days we got an upgraded package. Food and drinks were on tap if u needed them . a couple of resteraunts an Italian and a bar with nightly band. Buffet restaurant offered everything and if not we asked for things and they assisted. The staff everywhere were so friendly . The cleanliness of the rooms the tea/ coffee in bedroom was welcoming even tho you can get this anytime from anywhere. A shout out to Aladdin and whatchura at the pool bar who were exceptional. Friendly guys who even came with us one evening on their day off. Hotel is quiet no rushing around for beds. It’s very hot and the air con is welcoming. A couple of negatives were the pizza oven was broken so no pizza and no fixed oven the whole 10 days ( so for a 5* this was dissapointing as the snack menu was chicken chicken and more chicken with no other option) 2nd negative was when locals arrive at the weekend the children were allowed in the resteraunt without parents and were handling food licking cream on the deserts and licking fingers. To be fair we saw it happen told the staff and they removed anything that they may have put germs on. Overall this was a marvellous relaxing break and hope to be back in the future.

It was amazing experience in Danat, everything was excellent, from check in experience. I got upgraded to 1b villa. Thanks to Mr. Tamer manager, Vina at the reception, Dexter, Bashir and many more I forgot the names. But all staff are very nice and helpful. Food option is great for breakfast and dinner option. Definetly will opt for visiting again.

We had a wonderful experience with family and friends during our stay. This is our fourth time visiting, and it was another excellent trip. The food and amenities are always outstanding, and the staff is amazing. Let me name a few individuals who made our stay special: - The receptionist who checked us in - The chef and waiter staff who always catered to our food requests - All the lifeguards who ensured our safety, especially with the kids - The bartenders who made excellent drinks by the pool they were very welcoming - Jean from the kids' area, who helped accommodate our children's needs - The receptionist who assisted us with our late check-out request We want to express our gratitude for the commendable service and quality experience we enjoyed with our family and friends. Finally get to see and watch one of our fave band here in the UAE at the Latitude Bar, the Soteria Band. ( Jen , Wayne and Chen (soon) An amazing comeback. had a wonderful night and definitely be coming back 😇❤️ Thanks to Marlon for spoiling us , your service together with your staff made us wanna comeback always, of course with matching lovely music from the band.
