Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island

Brilliant vacation for seven days in Abu Dhabi. Hotel was excellent, the staff were unbelievable, and it was hard to find fault. That said, there were some gremlins at Crust during breakfast. On a couple of days the service was faultless. On others we were surprised at the difference in standards. None of that marred the overall experience but it's worth pointing out because you do have to ask perhaps for the table to be cleared, or extra places set, or a bigger table, more than you should do for such a prestigious hotel. Building work going on outside (probably everywhere in the UAE), but not that noticeable and I am sure the finished result for the Marina will be excellent.

My kids and I checked in as the Adipec crowd were leaving and it was very busy. However, we were checked in by Valentina again! And she remembered me and my kids! There was a mix up with one of my bags which had my kids school lunch kits and books accidently given to one of the Adipec entourage. Valentina personally called me to apologise and had them replaced with new lunch box and bottles! By no means are we corporate CEOs but we were given every attention to make sure we were happy. Whilst the hotel is blinging, it is not pretentious. Don’t stay anywhere else to be honest.

There’s always a fascinating experience to stay at the four seasons and Abu Dhabi was no exception. We travelled to celebrate my son’s birthday as we do every year and they went above and beyond to make sure it was nothing short of amazing. The check in was smooth and they were very attentive. Our room was full of surprises and gifts for him from cakes and all sorts of sweets you could possibly imagine. Decorations and books. Valentina was absolutely kind checking on us constantly if we needed anything. Food was delicious and all treats from the Middle East which are out of this world. Housekeeping did a great job as well, our room was spotless I want to mention a few people that did their best to ensure our stay was memorable. Marbel from housekeeping was so loving and kind to us but was how sweet she was with our son that we will always remember. Brimt, Brenda, Vinay, Deepak from room service. Alba, Caroline and of course Valentina who left before we check out and left an unforgettable going away gift for my son, a bag full of thoughtful surprises even personalized items that he loves and still enjoys today. Is always good to stay at a place that makes you feel like you never left home. Forever grateful! We will be back 💚

Another amazing stay at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, even on a short business trip. The staff were attentive and exceptional, and the hotel’s facilities are top-notch — 10/10 as always.

What a stunning hotel this Four Seasons is!! We were welcomed by the wonderful guest relations manager Valentina who looked after us amazingly during our stay ! As we love the Four Seasons brand we were excited to try this one out! Our twin room was amazing and as stunning as expected! The whole team at every level were welcoming and friendly to ensure we were looked after !! The buffet breakfast was historic in the range of choices at every level! The team welcomed us daily and remembered everything we liked and had it ready for us! The roof top pool on the first floor was small but amazing staff who looked after us offering free taster dishes of either small sushi freshly made or ice cream delights! We stayed for 6 nights and we were sad to leave as we booked a final night in Dubai. On arrival at that hotel - we realised it was not appropriate so we called Valentina who managed to get us booked into the Four Seasons in Dubai immediately!! This is the true level of service from Four Seasons where the special teams go above and beyond to assist even after your visit ! I very much look forward to returning !
