Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi was absolutely wonderful in every aspect. The level of service, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Front Office Manager, Valentina, for her warm welcome and exceptional professionalism. She kindly arranged a room upgrade, which truly enhanced my stay and made it even more comfortable and memorable. The breakfast was excellent in terms of quality, variety, and presentation. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed from the buffet team, who was outstanding in his service and went above and beyond to meet all my needs with genuine care and professionalism. Thank you to Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi for such a refined and exceptional experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi as part of a longer trip through the Emirates, and it was a standout experience from the moment I arrived early until well after I had left the city. One experience in particular says everything about the level of service here. I accidentally left my favorite cashmere sweater in my room and didn’t realize it for several days. When I finally contacted the hotel, they immediately confirmed it had been turned in to lost and found and went out of their way to offer multiple options to get it back to me while I was already in Dubai. The responsiveness and care were exceptional. Breakfast each morning at Crust was truly a highlight. It’s a wonderful combination of eggs cooked to order and an extensive international buffet. The food was consistently very fresh and beautifully presented. I like my eggs poached medium, and they were cooked perfectly every single morning without fail — which says a lot about the consistency and attention to detail. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Rahul, the breakfast manager, greeted guests every morning with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. He and the team quickly learned my preferences — where I liked to sit, what I liked to drink — and always seemed to anticipate my needs. A special mention as well to Elliott and the rest of the breakfast staff for their professionalism and kindness. Sai Kin Do, the newer bar and restaurant just off the lobby, is not to be missed. The space does a fantastic job blending music, food, and atmosphere. The staff were excellent, with Marcos standing out as a wonderful bartender and host. The table-side hand rolls were fantastic, the sushi was excellent, the cocktails were creative, and the Japanese cheesecake was memorable. The front desk and concierge teams were also extremely helpful. At one point I was looking for a permanent marker to possibly get an autograph on an F1 hat, and they went out of their way to help me track down options — thoughtful service without hesitation. I’m writing this review at the end of a 14-day trip during which I stayed at several excellent hotels, including the St. Regis and The Edition. While the staff at all of them were warm and professional, the Four Seasons truly stood out for consistency, attention to detail, and genuine care. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely comfortable and well cared for at all times — both within the hotel and while walking to and from the adjacent mall, even late in the evening. The location is excellent, and the mall being open late adds to the convenience and overall sense of safety. Exceptional service, genuine hospitality, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I would not hesitate to return.

Brilliant vacation for seven days in Abu Dhabi. Hotel was excellent, the staff were unbelievable, and it was hard to find fault. That said, there were some gremlins at Crust during breakfast. On a couple of days the service was faultless. On others we were surprised at the difference in standards. None of that marred the overall experience but it's worth pointing out because you do have to ask perhaps for the table to be cleared, or extra places set, or a bigger table, more than you should do for such a prestigious hotel. Building work going on outside (probably everywhere in the UAE), but not that noticeable and I am sure the finished result for the Marina will be excellent.

My kids and I checked in as the Adipec crowd were leaving and it was very busy. However, we were checked in by Valentina again! And she remembered me and my kids! There was a mix up with one of my bags which had my kids school lunch kits and books accidently given to one of the Adipec entourage. Valentina personally called me to apologise and had them replaced with new lunch box and bottles! By no means are we corporate CEOs but we were given every attention to make sure we were happy. Whilst the hotel is blinging, it is not pretentious. Don’t stay anywhere else to be honest.

There’s always a fascinating experience to stay at the four seasons and Abu Dhabi was no exception. We travelled to celebrate my son’s birthday as we do every year and they went above and beyond to make sure it was nothing short of amazing. The check in was smooth and they were very attentive. Our room was full of surprises and gifts for him from cakes and all sorts of sweets you could possibly imagine. Decorations and books. Valentina was absolutely kind checking on us constantly if we needed anything. Food was delicious and all treats from the Middle East which are out of this world. Housekeeping did a great job as well, our room was spotless I want to mention a few people that did their best to ensure our stay was memorable. Marbel from housekeeping was so loving and kind to us but was how sweet she was with our son that we will always remember. Brimt, Brenda, Vinay, Deepak from room service. Alba, Caroline and of course Valentina who left before we check out and left an unforgettable going away gift for my son, a bag full of thoughtful surprises even personalized items that he loves and still enjoys today. Is always good to stay at a place that makes you feel like you never left home. Forever grateful! We will be back 💚
