Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island

Our family had a truly memorable stay at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island. The design immediately stood out. The exterior screening cleverly softens the intense UAE sun while still allowing the interiors to feel bright and open. It’s a smart architectural touch that blends contemporary style with subtle regional character, setting a refined tone from the moment we walked in. The hotel is perfectly positioned on Al Maryah Island and directly connected to The Galleria Shopping Centre, which made everything effortless. Having quality cafés, restaurants and shops just steps away is incredibly convenient, especially for a relaxed city break. Our suite was spacious, impeccably clean and finished to a high contemporary standard. The leisure facilities on the third floor (gym, pool and spa) are excellent. The space feels well proportioned and calm rather than crowded, which we appreciated. What truly made the stay special, however, was the team. Lucy and Fatinah made breakfast a pleasure each morning with their warmth and attentiveness. Sandra, Monika and Alex at the spa were welcoming and professional — and special thanks to the team for helping recover my lost swimming shorts, which was very much appreciated. Sheila and Marissa at the kids club were fantastic with our daughter and made her time there genuinely enjoyable. Overall, the hotel strikes a rare balance — sophisticated but not intimidating, central yet peaceful, polished without feeling showy. Abu Dhabi offers plenty to explore, and this property provides the perfect base. We would gladly return for another city break.

The finest in every aspect. From the time we checked in, we were greeted by Momen from the Front office, a man full of charm and knowledge. Upgraded us to a suite. The service at the Crust Restaurant was exceptional starting with Lucy, Sheethal, Riadh, Rahul, Fatinah & Elliott. Allaudin, the coffee man at the lobby with the everlasting smile. Ola, Catrine & Vensch from the concierge, the most attentive and knowledgeable concierge team. Lasang from concierge, the ever present helpful individual. Antonio the F&B Director for addressing some of our concerns at Cafe Milano. Thanks to Patrick from Cafe Milano for his courteous phone call. Ermias from guest relations. Ismail & Abdullah from housekeeping for their attention to detail. Pierre, the expert hairdresser for taking good care of my wife’s hair. Thanks to everyone else who made our stay the most enjoyable and memorable one.

Wonderful hotel in a great location (attached to the mall). Really really nice western gym and associated spa facilities (free to use, even without a treatment). Nice pool. Great service. Housekeeping was on point. The buffet breakfast (~$50usd is worth doing once for sure!). Mostly business travelers.

Our recent stay at 4 Seasons was perfect. Able to book early check in and check in was smooth and very professional. Our water front room was very very confortable and well appointed. We particularly liked the bath room The purpose of our stay was to have a complete rest after a hard year. We spent most of out time at the pool and cannot compliment the pool attendants enough, they were superb and looked after us beautifully. The sunbeds were confortable and we really enjoyed the constant supply of little drinks and snacks. The room attendants were superb and their attention to detail is to be compliments I am already checking dates for our next visit The proximity to the Galleria Mall is a bonus Thank you Four Seasons for a wonderful end to our year

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi was absolutely wonderful in every aspect. The level of service, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Front Office Manager, Valentina, for her warm welcome and exceptional professionalism. She kindly arranged a room upgrade, which truly enhanced my stay and made it even more comfortable and memorable. The breakfast was excellent in terms of quality, variety, and presentation. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed from the buffet team, who was outstanding in his service and went above and beyond to meet all my needs with genuine care and professionalism.
