We stayed at the Jumeriah Saadiayt for just the one night as the St. Regis couldn’t fulfil our last night of our holiday. As we have stayed at many of the other Jumeriah hotels we were not disappointed to stay here. We were greeted so warmly and after check in we made our way straight to the lovely pool area. The pool loungers are so comfortable and staff were very obliging and friendly. Later that day we tried out the Talise spa which was fabulous. We had a very tasty meal at the Italian restaurant for our last dinner of the holiday. Our room was spacious and very clean but my only criticism is that the bed was too firm. Normally beds in Jumeriah hotels have a sumptuous topper but this definitely didn’t which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The next morning we had to leave early to get the airport but we had time for breakfast. We were holidaying as a group of 10 and we were all hugely unimpressed of the quality and choice of food at breakfast. The staff were also rude and when I asked if there was any other Gluten free options I was given the answer of a very stern NO!!! The choice for me for very limited and I was relieved that we hadn’t spent the whole week here. Having experienced breakfast in many of the other Jumeriah hotels we were shocked that this hotel is from the same chain. The beds and the breakfast would stop us coming back to this hotel unfortunately, which is a great shame because it ticked so many other boxes.
