Jumeirah Saadiyat Island

Our 13 nights stay at the Jumeirah was truly magical and we hope to go back for another winter sun break .The key features of what made our stay memorable are outlined below: Location: The hotel beach according to locals whom I met on my daily walks is one of the best in Abu Dhabi if not the whole of UAE ! The soft white sand with clear blue waters attract dolphins as well as turtles. We had the privilege of witnessing a wonderful display of the dolphins from the hotel beach. The Jumeirah has the advantage of being set away from the cluster of a number of hotels at the western end of this stunning coast line.This offers a level of tranquility which really appealed to us. Beach front There are plenty of beds on the beach front as well as by the various swimming pools. The facilities are exceptionally well maintained by the staff who not only set up the beds with fresh towels but also also provide free bottled water in cool bags. Our special thanks to the whole team and in particular to Raju, Amir ,Sravan ,Eddison and Satchin from the life guards team for the care and attention offered to us as well as to Noel for the regular supply of complimentary fruit and ice lollies . Room Our ocean view room was very well appointed with adequate storage space. Not only did we have a good view of the ocean but could actually hear the gentle sound of the sea waves from our balcony and room with the doors open. It was kept beautifully clean by the housekeeping team,our special thanks to Dammar for surprising us with his artistic towel creations. We had some issues with the initial room allocation and Kim from the lobby spent much time helping us to secure one which met our requirements. Food We were on half board and had no regrets with our decision. All bar one evening we ate at the White restaurant which offered a vast selection of delicious international buffet both at breakfast as well as dinner time.There were several themed nights..a seafood , Arabian and Asian which enhanced the experience . Raju and his three team leaders , the wonderful Diptee, Sateesh and Yogi were exceptionally helpful and kind. They paid particular attention to my mum’s dietary requirements and organised food cooked especially for her, in particular by Deepak whose dishes were very much to mum’s liking. We were very well looked after by the whole team and thoroughly enjoyed food from all the different counters. Bell desk The team in particular Bonniface, Charles, Joseph, Tonny, Sai and Mayur from the bell desk were truly amazing. Some of them were amongst the first to greet us and the last to see us off. They helped us with the luggage and despite our brief encounters , they remembered us by our names and always offered a warm greeting and a big smile when we met them around the hotel premises. Hospitality We have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world, this hotel stands out .It is exceptional in that the culture amongst the staff from the senior mangers to the ground staff is of a positive “can do attitude”.As mentioned previously , the staff in the key areas -the bell desk, the lobby, the restaurant, the beach somehow learn to remember guests by their names and make them feel very welcome .Nothing is too much trouble The managers have a hands on approach.We had the pleasure of meeting Carla, the general manager at the drinks and canapés event .Louise the manager at the White restaurant , Eva the assistant general manager as well as a number of others made a point of mingling with guests during breakfast, picking up on any issues/comments. We offer our sincere thanks to the whole team for making this one of the most memorable holidays .

We have been to many 5 star hotels all over the world and experienced service like this ! From the start all the staff were more than first glass and remembered our names , Raju who we believe to be the beach manager /supervisor was fantastic and catered for all our needs The training for these staff must be incredible, the savoy in London has a lot to learn from the management of this hotel MB

This was my second stay at Jumeirah Saadiyat in September 2025 and once again my experience was flawless. It ticks every box for me for a quiet, relaxing holiday and the food is perfect. What adds to the overall experience for me is the friendly, attentive staff. White restaurant - Saqlain, Sabik, Myat, Diptree, Naeem are just some of the names. Majils restaurant- Esther and the girls . Beach - Rashid and the lads all work so hard to make your stay special. Thanks to all of you. See you later this year 🙂🙏

I wanted the shawarma as a plate instead of a sandwich, Hossam didn’t hesitate. The quality of the food and service is up there.
