The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal

The Li Jiang restaurant is great to visit. The staff is very kind and cheerful especially Manish. Definitely try the Kung Pao Chicken and the Chicken Truffle Dumplings.

An unforgettable stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi! From the warm welcome by Shubham at check-in to the exceptional service throughout, every detail was flawless. Room service was prompt and accommodating, and the Kids Club staff made the experience magical for our children. Dining at Giornotte was a highlight Harsh and Roshan provided outstanding hospitality, and the buffet was both varied and delicious. A truly luxurious, family-friendly experience we can’t wait to repeat. Highly recommended!

Sorry it’s taken so long to write this review! We spent another wonderful thirteen nights here in April through to May. We again chose a club room and wow it was just as good as the first time we stayed. This hotel is luxury from the minute you arrive until you reluctantly have to leave. The reception staff, the spa staff, the bell boys, the security and door man are all the best they can be. The pool attendants around the adult pool are helpful and hardworking with a special mention to Adam who made a point of talking to us no matter how busy he was and made sure our water and ice were always topped up. Thank you to Tanika and her great team at Giornotte for again making everything so lovely and special and a shout out to Chef Luca who always made time for a chat. Vishu in Li Jang again was a superstar and made us feel so welcome. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job and work so hard as does every single employee of this beautiful five star hotel. Last but not least we have to mention the amazing Club lounge staff, Joseph for our special goodbye gift, Michael and Sabine for a wonderful last night meal including our Seychelles cocktail, Prabhu for our special Indian meal and all the laughs. Prakash for the outstanding cocktails, Gold, Samir and Ardi for the constant smiles and great service and Chef Jana who always had time to talk to about Middle Eastern cuisine and cook us so many delicious meals. Every one of the club lounge staff are there to make your stay amazing. I thought we were getting special treatment but every guest is treated the same. We will hopefully see you all again in 2026 but in the meantime we are off to RC Doha next week for another fortnight of being spoilt. They have a hard act to follow!

What an AMAZING hotel! This was our second stay at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. We had a club room which is thoroughly recommended. The moment you arrive you are treated with the upmost hospitality. We were whisked up to the 7th floor club lounge to check-in, where we were immediately offered food and drink after our long flight. We were met by Michael who checked us in. Everything went smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. Michael was very professional, polite and courteous. Everything you’d expect from a 5* hotel. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay. The hotel contacted me previously before we left to ask if I had any special requirements. I explained that it was my wife’s birthday during our stay to which the hotel immediately offered to provide a cake at no charge. I was asked to provide a memorable photo to which they printed on the cake and delivered to our room on my wife’s birthday. A+++. THANK-YOU! We had a fantastic room with a balcony overlooking the main pool. Having the balcony was one of the reasons we chose this hotel initially. There are many hotels in Abu Dhabi, but not many with a balcony. Jovana’s club lounge team truly know how to make you feel special. For my wife’s birthday the team decorated a section of the lounge just for us! They baked a special pistachio birthday cake, brownie points for me!! I would like to personally thank the club lounge team, Joseph, Michael, Iqbal, Cynthia, Ardi, Gold, Chief Jana, and of course the wonderful barmen Samir and Prakash. Thank you Samir for learning how to make my cocktail! The pool was lovely and clean with Jacko’s team providing amazing service. Refreshments, sunglasses cleaning, again nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Kasun, Zain & Kushal. Our room was cleaned on time in the morning and was spotless. Thank you Vaibhav We also recommend the Chinese Restaurant, Kola and her team also looked after us extremely well, setting up food and drinks in the garden to watch the sun go down over the Grand Mosque. Above all, we felt like rockstars at the hotel. A credit to everyone there who made us feel so special. If you’re heading to Abu Dhabi, make sure you stay here!!! We loved it soooo much we are back in November, see you soon!!!.

We had an amazing stay at the Signature villa, which was very spacious and clean. Venkey made sure our stay was as comfortable as can be and his attention to detail made it all perfect!
