The whole experience from start to finish was first class! I specifically would like to mention Zain who looked after us everyday by the pool who was absolutely outstanding! So friendly and professional and made our whole holiday so special. Will definitely be staying at the Ritz again!

We spend two nights at the Ritz Carlton Ressort throughout my birthday. Overall it was a perfect experience. The guest relation ship manager was very nice and welcomed us with a welcome drink and a cheese cake as birthday gift. Later in the Mijana restaurant we were surprised by a birthday performance from the service! Very special experience. The pool and other facilities (e.g gym) are also very good and service is next level! Special thanks to Salma, Allam, Rahul and Mohamed for the special surprise :-)
