Royal Rose Hotel

We love the service of welcoming as Mr Edgar from front office he helped us during our check in he upgraded our room and he was so polite and helpful thanks to him and making our stay wonderful the room was very much nice and beautiful it's the best luxury till now we stayed from other properties.

Great hotel, the rooms were clean, spacious and well decorated. The pool was great for cooling down, relaxing and having a drink. Solid breakfast. We really appreciated Hassan’s help with tips on places to visit, shop and dine.

​We received a very warm welcome from the front of the house team. This was our first time staying at this hotel, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wahid and Ms. Taqwa, who both did a fantastic job during our check-in. ​However, the F&B department has room for improvement. We experienced some delays and had to make multiple follow-ups, though Mr. Isuru was very helpful once involved. Breakfast service today also fell a bit short in terms of attentiveness and conflict resolution. ​On a positive note, a big thank you to Mr. Godfrey for his help in accommodating our late checkout request. ​Overall, thank you to everyone for your hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my time here. The staff were incredibly approachable, friendly, and always greeted guests with a smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. The room was very comfortable and offered a lovely view, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Wahid for his exceptional service. He is excellent at his job and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this property.

All the rooms assigned to me and my friends were absolutely top-notch! The hospitality we received from the entire staff was truly impeccable.
