The night manager name Karim is very very friendly and professional. He can speak multiple language.

We had a truly memorable stay at the Royal Rose Hotel, and I cannot praise the team enough because every single department completely blew me away. From the moment we arrived, the front desk made check-in seamless and welcoming, while the housekeeping crew kept my incredibly spacious room spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout my entire stay. The dining was another major highlight; both the breakfast and dinner spreads were incredible and truly met everyone's tastes as they offered a fantastic variety of food for all nationalities. Everyone I encountered went completely out of their way to make us feel genuinely cared.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. A special appreciation to Thanuka and Amash for their outstanding professionalism, warm welcome, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction. They always listened carefully to every request and went above and beyond to fulfill them with a smile. Their positive attitude and prompt support made my stay truly comfortable and memorable. They are a great asset to the hotel, and I sincerely appreciate their excellent service. Highly recommended!

It is noteworthy that management's decisions may lead to the loss of a loyal customer, particularly within a market experiencing a minimum 60% decline compared to the previous year. A recent incident at the hotel was, in my assessment, inadequately managed, which has led to my decision not to return. I recommend a thorough review of their policies and procedures regarding additional charges prior to making a reservation at this establishment.

Stay was pleasant and the customer service offered by the staff was exceptionally great. Especially thanking Hassan from front office team for even guiding about the property and the surrounding.
