Royal Rose Hotel

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, but the service was even better. Hassan greeted us upon our arrival authentically, and immediately began helping us with our baggage and truly was the highlight of our stay. Thank you Hassan, and thank you Royal rose hotel for the wonderful hospitality.

I would also like to recognize Sushmita, the talented bartender, for always preparing the most delicious Mojitos and Bloody Marys. Her friendly personality, excellent service, and consistency make every visit to the bar a wonderful experience. I have a very bad experience with Royal Rose since I checked in. We book for one night . It not our first time staying there. Before I check in we have problems to come check in on time. So I contacted them about my late check out. If you're late check in who will be want to leave early. I ask about late check out as well. The one who answered was adjust me to check out at 4:00 pm. So I agree when I check in the lady who assist me was told me cannot be possible. It already midnight. How should I supposed to do? I said check with the one who answered my phone and get back to me. Next day around 2:00. Reception was call me to " Shall I send someone to bring laptop". I mean it if they want me to check out on time so they must have to reply to me on time . After the day and ask me like " Shall I send someone to collect the money for your late check out" Money wasn't problem. The lady name was Rachelle the way she talking way to guest how matter one night stay or day pass guest. She was totally rude when my tone even changing during her call to room. She still didn't even mention " sorry for inconvenience"....... My boyfriend and me was really love to stay there it was our third time staying and we decided not anymore. And then I do late check in and booking earlier. But room was family connecting room . The window can open but so noisy. Room wasn't not our expectation. However it is as a Hotel under a Hilton Group. Please try to train your staff to communicate with each other and learn how to talk with guest , how to handle the complaints.

We had such an incredible experience Just love staying at the Royal Rose hotel When ever we are in Abu Dhubi we always stay at the Royal Rose Hotel By Hilton I even had to write a note to the General Manager about the incredible experience we had at the hotel The front desk was so warm and friendly The restaurant on the M lever staff could not do enough for us We had a dinner of 100 people In banquet They did a fantastic job that evening The food was amazing It is such a warm and friendly hotel Your love staying at the hotel It such a beautiful hotel
