Excellent service by all the staff members at the hotel. Especially Habiba on the Mezzanine Level Restaurant (breakfast), as well as the in the Cafe in the ground floor and Executive lounge (16th floor) during the evening. I was also very much recognized for my status which made me feel very apprecisted. Thanks to all.

Staying at the Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi was much more than simply spending time in a hotel. It was an experience that left a deep and genuinely special memory for me and my family. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into an elegant, refined and truly beautiful environment. The atmosphere of the hotel is difficult to describe in words: a wonderful balance of luxury, tranquillity and genuine warmth. Even though Abu Dhabi is such a vibrant and impressive city, the moment we stepped inside the hotel, we immediately felt a sense of peace and serenity. The views of the city, the skyscrapers and the surrounding landscape made every moment even more memorable. Our room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and carefully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after experiencing the city. One of the things I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. Despite being surrounded by the energy of the city, inside the hotel we experienced a remarkable sense of calm. However, what truly made this stay special was the staff. I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt appreciation to the entire Royal Rose Hotel team. Their kindness, respect, professionalism and willingness to help transformed what could have simply been a hotel stay into a meaningful human experience that we will remember. Every smile, every conversation and every small gesture of care made a difference. I especially appreciated being able to speak with members of the staff, share a few laughs and experience a level of genuine friendliness that went beyond professional service. We felt welcomed, respected and truly cared for as guests. A special thank you also goes to the kitchen and restaurant team. The food was absolutely excellent, prepared with great care and of very high quality. It became an important part of our overall experience, and personally, I would give it a 10/10 without hesitation. The hotel’s services were also consistently available and well organised. We experienced no problems or delays, allowing us to enjoy our stay with complete peace of mind. I want to leave this review not simply to describe what we found, but above all to thank the people who made this experience possible. A hotel can have beautiful rooms, elegant surroundings and excellent facilities, but it is the people who transform a place into a memory that stays in your heart. They have fruit and desserts, and the environment is very nice. Kawshiya and Nisha did an amazing job! They are excellent cleaners, very careful and friendly. Highly recommend!
