Royal Rose Hotel

I ended up leaving my wallet at the hotel on checkout day and only realized it when I was already in the boarding area at the airport. It was a huge oversight on my part, but I was fully supported by the hotel staff, who immediately stepped in to help. Since time was short, they arranged fast and safe transportation to send my wallet to the airport. Beyond the wonderful stay in Abu Dhabi, it’s gestures like this that show the true hospitality and kindness of the place. A huge thank you to the entire team!

Really good experience, Hassan who works at the Reception was so helpful. He gave me advice in regards to where to travel. Additionally when I checked out I was waiting for a taxi organised by Etihad but the taxi was never showed up. Hassan was very respectful and called Etihad to see where the taxi. Hasan confirmed a taxi has not been organised. Hassan quickly helped me and other customers get a taxi and load out bags inside the taxi and sent us our way to make it to our flight in time thanks to his help. The other staff members said don’t worry the taxi will arrive and there is nothing we can do about it as it’s organised by Etihad but Hassan was not like that. Additionally, thank you, Edgar for giving me tourist advice as well. Thank you to the Laundry staff for keeping the laundry open for 15 more minutes just so I can wash my clothes.

We just wrapped up our second stay at the Royal Rose, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The Royal Rose remains a favorite of ours, and we are already looking forward to returning soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very accommodating. They make a surprise for my partners birthday we really appreciate it. Special thanks to FO team , HK team, Taqwa & Anishka! Definitely recommended
