I loved my stay here and loved mostly the support staff in general and Prosper, the guy who cleaned my room in particular . I would come and stay here again

Great experience
Great stay. I was helped extensively by a staff member called Prosper. He helped me out daily with anything I needed in my room. He was great! Can’t wait to come back

Lounge experience
I would like to especially thank the Horizon Team (Jane,Madhuri, Pooch and their team) in the lounge. I highly recommend adding this package when staying at this hotel. The lounge offers breakfast in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, as well as coffee and tea during the day. In the evening, an aperitif is also available. I felt very comfortable there. Regarding the hotel itself, I missed having coffee and tea facilities in the room. The pool bar staff were very friendly, but compared to other hotels, they were not particularly attentive.. this may have been due to the fact that they had to move equipment, so I do not wish to hold this against them

The moment reception answered my call and comfort welcoming voice of Ms. Michelle made our stay please not feeling stressed. I must thank Ms. Michelle for her out standing job to get our room in a timely manner although we didn't have a booking.
