Wonderful stay
Excellent Service from Brahma! We stayed at Shangri-La for one night, and I would like to give a special thanks to Brahma from Housekeeping for his excellent service. He was very attentive and always happy to assist whenever we requested additional water or toiletries. He responded to our requests promptly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Nice hotel with excellent service. The manager, Rushan, was very friendly and helpful. Michelle at the reception was also very welcoming and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate their great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Wedding anniversary at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi
It was our wedding anniversary and we stayed for 2 nights with bed and breakfast and access to the Horizon lounge with canapés and drinks. Everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel and wonderful service from all staff at every level. Breakfast is excellent with such a wide range of options.
