We booked Shangri-La for a 3-day meeting. The hospitality team is great, so accommodating, responsive and friendly. A big big thank you to Aashi and Samrat who made everything so seamless - their helpful attitude also made everything so easy.

We just returned from an incredible 10-day stay at the Shangri-La Abu Dhabi in September 2026, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had. From start to finish, everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. Our room had a stunning sea view combined with a view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque — an absolutely breathtaking combination, especially at sunset. The location right on the beach was perfect, and having several pools to choose from meant we never had to compete for a good spot. The food throughout our stay was outstanding. The buffet offered an incredibly large and varied selection, with consistently high quality across the board — there was truly something for everyone, and we never got bored of the choices, even after 10 days. What truly made our stay special, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. At the bar, May took wonderful care of us every single time — always attentive, warm, and genuinely happy to make sure we had everything we needed. By the pool, Devendra was equally outstanding, going above and beyond to make our pool days relaxing and enjoyable. Both of them added so much to our overall experience, and we can't thank them enough. Overall, the service throughout the entire resort was some of the best we've encountered — professional, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Twelve days flew by, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend Shangri-La Abu Dhabi to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing beach vacation with genuinely caring staff.

The poolside service was superb! The lifeguard team looked after guests wonderfully—they helped set up sunbeds and umbrellas, and even adjusted the umbrellas throughout the day to ensure everyone stayed comfortably shaded. One morning, we found our sunbeds already prepared even before we arrived, and a lifeguard named Devendra greeted us with a warm welcome. What a delightful surprise! It truly speaks to the excellence of their service. Working in the midday heat is not easy, yet Devendra and the team were always there for the guests. Thank you so much—we will remember this experience forever!
