Our experience at the Saffron Acapulco
Our experience was very pleasant. The food is unique and delicious. The place has an amazing view to the sea. Huge thanks to our waiter Adan and the chef.

Exceptional luxury romantic retreat
This luxury resort continues to be one of Mexico’s very best hotels that, surprisingly, gets very little attention. The rooms are elegant, soothing and perfectly appointed. Each villa is free standing (no shared walls) and has its own pool. The views are amazing. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The service is quick, discreet and attentive. Especially Jennifer and her crew at Cello. We have been many times and have already booked a return.

We had the most beautiful stay at this property, truly outstanding in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded even the highest expectations. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond, with genuine warmth and attention to detail that makes the experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to Adan and to the manager of Saffron Guillermo, their care and professionalism elevated our time here even further. The location itself feels like it was designed for the senses: serene, inspiring, and breathtakingly beautiful. Both restaurants on the property are excellent, each offering its own unique flavors and ambiance. The quality, creativity, and presentation of every dish left us impressed and delighted. Family trip to Acapulco
As always a great experience and we've been welcomed back in such friendly manner. Special shout out to Jennifer, Luis, Miguel and Armando at breakfast and Guillermo at Saffron. We had one minor delay on some room service delivery but the way Octavio handled it was outstanding. Hiccups can happen and the staff at Banyan Tree takes responsibility and appreciates any feedback - that's what makes it a great place to go. Not the first and definitely not the last visit at this stunning hotel. Also always great to meet their manager Ingo for a quick chat.
