Our stay at Encanto Acapulco exceeded every expectation. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The views are breathtaking, the rooms are beautifully designed, the food was fantastic, and the entire property feels like a peaceful oasis overlooking the bay. It was the perfect place to unwind. What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, was Karen. I unfortunately got a terrible migraine during our stay, and Karen showed me a level of kindness that I will never forget. Without hesitation, she brought me ice for my head, helped me get medicine, and kept checking in to make sure I was okay. It’s easy to provide good customer service when everything is going well. It’s another thing entirely to care for someone when they’re having a difficult moment, and Karen did exactly that. Throughout our stay she consistently went above and beyond with warmth, genuine compassion, and incredible attention to detail. She made us feel so welcomed and cared for, and her kindness left a lasting impression on both of us. Karen is an absolute gem, and Encanto is incredibly fortunate to have her on their team. She embodies true hospitality. Thank you, Karen, for making our vacation so special. We will always remember your kindness, and because of people like you, we cannot wait to return to Encanto.

We have traveled through many countries and visited some of the most iconic hotels in the world. We are truly impressed by what we found here: the most refined aesthetic, the kindest and most attentive staff—with special mention to Bety and Luis—the excellence of the cuisine… and above all, the harmony that its owner and architect, Miguel Ángel Aragonés, has achieved in this masterpiece. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Encanto as the best destination in Acapulco and one of the finest in Mexico, where the peace and the beauty of colors and forms create a magical atmosphere that invites you simply to “be,” without longing for more, without the urge to seek anything beyond. It is admirable to see the deep understanding of a traveler’s needs that Aragonés demonstrates. Every detail, every shape, every stone, every piece of marble, every plant, every flower forms a perfectly orchestrated symphony designed to delight all five senses. Bravo, Architect Aragonés; bravo to the entire Encanto team. You have managed to touch our deepest core. From today on, we are your most devoted ambassadors in the world.

Our stay at Hotel Encanto was nothing short of amazing! The rooms are beautiful and modern, with breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding hills. Some rooms even come with their own private pools, perfect for relaxing in total privacy while enjoying the stunning scenery. The sunsets here are unforgettable — watching the sky turn golden and pink from our terrace felt absolutely magical. The hotel’s architecture and design are incredible, blending luxury with tranquility in every detail. The staff were outstanding – friendly, professional, and genuinely kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape in Acapulco, Hotel Encanto is the place to be. Can’t wait to return! 🌅💫

Se booked the hotel thinking for the price it would be a great experience with superb service and no The reservations woman gema rude and cero customer oriented for this suposodly level of hotel. Before we arrived webtried to talk with the manager who wasnt available and didnt return our call until we arrived once we arrived she was attentive The rest of the staff in the hotel very good We had the pool villa was very nice with nice flowers to welcome us, but poorly maintained the pool floor peeling off and the white paint also falls off and painted every part of our body and caused a irritation we tried again to call the manager and never got back we had to go to the front desk to find someone,we reported it and they basically just said we will see and didnt even care The amenities are basic nothing espectacular just refilled cream conditioner and shampoo Internet was slow and intermitent at the pool and room so if you have to work or conferences forget it and phone signal is poor in some parts We asked for snacks at the pool and the quality portions and taste was less than average especially for a hotel theoritacally of this level, we decided not to risk dinner and went close by to a restaurant wich was fabolous We asked for breakfast the next day and again the food arrived cold and very plain again for the price you would expect something great and again just average The hotel was pretty full and chairs and seats by the pool totally limited Houses nearby were being remodeled and all day you could hear the banging of hammers etc We had to call 3 times sonthey picked up the empty food tray from our room The construccion is beautiful but poorly maintained, level of service is average to good nothing espectacular and the food is just average Again not what you receive from similar price hotels and basically no one cared
