The Pierre is a nice hotel howver it's old ( built in 1957) but very tired in need of a face lift. My wife and I came for the beach and pool. This is part of a group of three hotels the Imperial, Princess and Pierre which are all inclusive. There is a shuttle that will take you to the othe two hotels where you can use the pool and restaurants under the all inclusive. Each hotel has a little better quality than the others. The Imperial has the lowest quality of food and drinks. The Princess and Pierre have much better quality. The Pierre and Princess have beach access the Imperial doesn't. The Pierre was in it's day was very exclusive and catered to many movie stars of that time Sammy Davis, John Wayne and many others. The pool is very nice but is in need of repairs parts of the concrete are missing. All of the comments are mine. Others may have different options.

CARELESS, OLD. Old, old old… not clean, not maintenance. All the light came thru in the morning, the curtains old, careless, bad quality, old, . The windows in the bathroom dont close, so animals come in. Its clearly that they didnt change stuff after the hurricane, so its in bad conditions..!!! Like the AC old, noisy, dirty. VERY BAD DECIDION TO COME HERE. Dont come!!! URGENT CARE FROM THE OWNERS!

Jose and antelma at checkin are simply the best they do a lot to make things better and you can see they love their job Concierge woman lacks customer service attitude Bruno and erick at pool are also great. Food ath the pool restaurant and pool very poor french fries are simply ridiculous in presentation as well as other foods we complained to the pool bar manager he simply didnt care, i cant underdtand how a hotel like this can offer so regular food nothing espectacular Tabachines manager great but not as before the quality of food is very good but quantity very poor we think as they made it all inclusive for some customers the portions are very poor for customers who are paying for a la carte prices, breakfast buffet also average you could see the chef walking around but not checking temperatures food quality etc a eeal cheff wouldnt offer several dishes tough meat etc They had a new women manager for the eestaurant who was great and heard our food coments i hope they change things Room are kind of old, air conditioning works poorly but the room cleaning was very good Valet personel also great
