Great
Great service. At times only one out of the 2 elevators were running, while I get that the other 2 were out due to the recent hurricane. So only one of 4 were running and it did get on my nerves plenty of times. Other than that, I think it's a fair price for what you get. Good food, good service and in general everyone was nice. Good restaurant service from Guillermo, Doro and Antonio.

It was excellent
My tips are always go with your sunscreen and more all like only the necessary things that are necessary. They are at the camp, so it was a really great experience but you always have to be prepared you always in case of a specific days you must have like a swimsuit or including food or whatever you need to have you need to have it you know so that was a really great experience. Just remember to always keep in mind that you need to equipped the necessary things that you’re going to use.

We had a lovely stay and experience at the Mundo Imperial. The hotel staff made this place felt right at home. From the front desk men and women to the room service, everyone was so welcoming. Our host Astrid and waiters Marco Antonio and Ricardo were a pleasure to meet and they treated us like stars - even surprised me for my birthday. Thanks for an amazing stay Princess Mundo Imperial! Ask for Marco at Chula Vista
I had an incredible experience this May 2025—The Princess never disappoints. I’ve been coming here for years, and what truly sets this place apart is the amazing staff. The property looked absolutely stunning, especially on my first visit back since Otis. A heartfelt thank you to Marco Ricardo Antonio from Chula Vista—he’s been taking care of my family for years and is a big part of why we continue to return. His incredible service made this trip especially memorable.
