5 day break
We are just arriving home following a 5 night stay. We have been regular visitors over the last 13 years and our experience never disappoints! From the moment we arrive to when we leave, we always have the best time. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and well looked after. The quality of food and drinks is amazing. But, what really makes it “5 star” are the people! We always feel like we are part of a family when we visit and reconnect with the staff. We know so many of them so well now and genuinely look forward to seeing them. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they make us feel so very welcome. They are all wonderful. Special shout outs to Giovanni, Ima, Phillipe, Marmaduke, Miguel,Martin…..who are all very much friends to us now and we really want to thank them for their warmth and kindness. 10/10 hotel
The best hotel you can choose in Tenerife. The hotel staff was so lovely, and helpful. Whether that’s the receptionists, the waiters, the cleaners, or anyone who works in the hotel. They definitely made our stay the best it can possibly be! Hotel is in a great location as well, with the bus stop being 5 minutes away. Overall, one of the best stays we’ve ever had in a hotel, and if you’re thinking of booking this place, then DO it, trust me you won’t regret it!

Moest beautiful hotel in Tenerife i have visited
Hands down the most beautiful hotel and pool area with excellent service. Sitting here for a day actually gave me the relaxation I needed.

Brilliant Break
A lovely 5 night stay. Fantastic choice of breakfast and nice location to eat. The adults only pool was so peaceful. Great room, balcony and terrace and perfect location. Will be booking again for later on in the year

Amazing experience as a couple
Amazing place! Staff are great, food delicious and location is right on the beach front. Highly recommend all the food here, portions are huge so we went to sharing a portion at guilty bar. Breakfast is stunning and the whole location is amazing. Rooms are very clean and the salt water pool and cocktails are incredible. Would highly recommend
