Great
It was a lovely hotel with great staff, especially Concierge Carla. Her welcoming manner in the mornings and evenings, and the professionalism and seriousness of both Carla and Yayiz, helped us book everything easily, including golf and a boat trip. The breakfast staff at Agusta were lovely, and the dinner service was also excellent. I stayed with my 13-year-old son and we had a wonderful time. However, there weren’t any other single parents there, so at times it felt a bit lonely for me. Most of the other guests were couples at different stages of their lives. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with excellent service.

Perfect experience
Absolutely perfect. Starting with the lovely breakfast buffet, so much variety. The staff are great, friendly, the whole service is efficient and a great way to start the day. The gardens are beautiful and the pools. All the staff go the extra mile to make the experience good. Great location with amazing restaurants nearby.

This is our 3rd year visiting this great hotel. Already booking for next year. Position is great . Staff magnificent. Can’t do enough for you. Food is wonderful. Looking forward to 2027.

The Tivoli is a superb 5* hotel in La Caleta, near enough to everything but an oasis of calm. Superb facilities and amazing staff it's well worth a visit
