We stayed here for 12 nights as a family of four, and I can honestly say this hotel is every bit 5-star plus! We had a beautiful, spacious suite (room 102), which was cleaned twice daily. Every evening, chocolates and bottled water were left in the room – such a lovely touch. All of the restaurants were fantastic, with food and drink truly deserving of 5-star status. The pool service was exceptional, and the pool staff were always smiling, friendly, and happy to have a laugh – they made us feel completely at home. A big thank you to Joe, Philippe, Yolanda, Yaiza, Ghofran, and so many more who made our stay so special. The hotel itself is spotless throughout, with immaculate bars, pools, and public areas. The pools were brilliant – safe for the kids, with several family pools and an adults-only pool for relaxing. The location is perfect, right on a beautiful promenade with the beach just outside and a lovely walkway to Costa Adeje. Along the way, there are fantastic little restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, all with sea views. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. I read the glowing reviews before we came, and they were all spot on – this really is a proper 5-star plus experience. We’re already hoping to come back for Christmas (if we can get a room!). The kids had an amazing time, and so did we.

This our second year staying at the is hotel - so that speaks volumes! The hotel was MUCH busier this year but that didn't mean standards slipped. All the staff are super friendly - nothing is a problem - they must all be very well trained. Breakfast buffet is good with lots af choice and food is fresh and nothing ever ran out. Plenty of sunloungers with 3 pool areas to choose from. Poolside bar staff taking orders continuously - again, all super friendly. We chose not to eat dinner at the hotel this year (as we were meeting up with friends). Cocktails at the bar in the evening were fab. The rooms are very quiet, which makes for a good sleep, as does the huge comfy bed. The bathroom shower is OUTSTANDING. EVERYWHERE is sparking clean. This hotel is gorgeous and located away from the hussle and bussle of the main shopping centre. Do not hesitate to book. The ONLY hotel we would choose in Tenerife 👍

I've given Tivoli La Caleta 5 stars and it really is a 5 star experience. Our room was more like a junior suite, a really good size with a super comfortable bed and a lovely big balcony. The bathroom was terrific with a proper deep bath and a fabulous walk in rainfall shower that was on at the touch of a button and temperature controls that actually work! The breakfast was superb, with so much choice. Whether you like a full English (four different types of sausage!), continental (amazing selection of cakes and pastries), a light snack (the juices were all fresh squeezed and bot concentrate and there were 4 different smoothies every day). The Guilty pool bar does decent burgers, pizzas etc (but not cheap!) and the buffet restaurant in the evening was as good as any I've been to in a hotel. Again, not cheap, (45 Euro not including drinks) but if you're a greedy pig like me, it was well worth it. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff were great, bringing round extra free water in the evening is a nice touch. What really set it apart for me though was the service. From the complimentary Cava while you check in, to the amazing room service if you needed anything, to charging devices because of a broken cable, nothing was too much trouble. I felt really valued as a guest and all the staff are a credit to the hotel and themselves. We could only stay 5 nights because of work commitments and I decided to spend what we would have spent on a 7 or 10 night stay somewhere else to stay at Tivoli La Caleta and it was worth every penny. I'll definitely be looking at the other Tivoli locations when booking a holiday in the future.

Outstanding hotel in every way. We had a family suite with sea view which was spacious and modern and always exceptionally clean. The pool areas were beautiful especially the small garden overlooking the sea. All of the restaurants had excellent food and service. SEEN was our favourite with beautiful views and a DJ and or a performing artist on most nights. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. We would definitely return.
