Tivoli la Caleta Tenerife Resort

This was my first stay at the Tivoli and I was absolutely blown away. Everything from the start of our stay to the end was first class. The level of customer service is on another level. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area is well spaced out and there are plenty of sun beds. The choice and quality of the breakfast was fantastic, we simply couldn't fault anything. We will definitely be returning!!

After a bit of a rocky start ( the room was not we had expected) the deputy Manager , Paolo, did a terrific job in finding us a fabulous room. The hotel is extremely well run, with three pools to choose from and a lovely choice of restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and found all the staff well trained and delightful. Breakfast is great with a huge choice. Lovely walks around the hotel and La Caleta is an easy 15 minute walk away with more choices of restaurants. Can highly recommend.

We have just returned from a fabulous 9 night half board stay at Tivoli La Caleta. Cannot fault, the service, food and the cleanliness of this hotel and everything is maintained to very high standard. The staff are always willing to help, wait on you hand and foot. This hotel is the most relaxed and chilled out stay we have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel for young children as there is nothing for them to do, its more adult based. The pools were also spotless with plenty of loungers so no trouble finding one later in the day. Towels left on beds for a period of time will be removed. Possibly the best hotel in tenerife P.s. Don't tell anyone thou...

Everything 5 star about this hotel. From check in to check out 10days of great relaxed holiday. Lovely sea View room great shower and huge comfy bed. Excellent breakfast choices. Spotlessly clean . Hood variety of bars and lounges. The pools and pool areas were great with plenty of sunbeds, no nonsense re people reserving beds. The pool bar was excellent with great service. Super location, easy walks to restaurants and bars in the locality which I would recommend as the prices of meals and drinks in the hotel were expensive but what you would expect in a five star resort. Certainly a five star experience

I booked our first time trip to Tenerife and the Tivoli hotel based on the reviews I had read. The reviews are totally accurate.. We were blown away from the moment we walked in, the warm welcome and instant recognition of the quality and high service and standards the Tivoli prides itself on. All the Staff were fantastic, we were bed and breakfast only , all the food we ate at the hotel, at the various options were exceptional. The concierge team were very friendly, helpful and ensured everything was confirmed and managed - we didn’t have to worry about anything.. was beyond our expectations and exceeded them in every way. The hotel is within walking distance also to many exceptional restaurants.. faultless in every way..
