Tivoli la Caleta Tenerife Resort

Tivoli La Caleta Resort is a Fantastic Hotel and the best in Tenerife. nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff at the hotel, you are treated like royalty for your stay and they really do appreciate your custom. The service is second to none the cleanliness is more than 5 star rating and the food and variety is first class. Tivoli staff you are certainly the best!

Visited Tivoli La Caleta for the first time for two weeks in November. Hotel is in a great location, very peaceful but within an easy walk of both La Caleta and central Adeje. Our 'partial ocean view' room was excellent. Spacious, well furnished, quiet overnight and with a balcony view over the gardens to the sea beyond. We found that all of the multiple food and drink outlets in the hotel are of high quality, albeit not the cheapest. Breakfast buffet is exceptional but be prepared to wait for a table at peak times. The hotel grounds are spectacular. Extensively planted and immaculately maintained. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas around the pools and never too crowded. Staff in every area were uniformly friendly and attentive. Overall we had a very enjoyable, relaxing holiday. Would be very happy to visit again.

Due to the amount of rave reviews for this place we were expecting something out of the ordinary because of that, I'm sorry to say, we found the Tivoli to be a bit of a disappointment. From the noisy, brightly lit buffet restaurant, which had more of a 3 star vibe than 5 star, no tablecloths, no privacy. The breakfasts were good the evening meals not so much so. The evening offerings were quite samey with minimal choice. In fact the restaurant was almost empty at night and we discovered, from speaking to regulars, that they book bed and breakfast and eat out. The other restaurants on offer at Tivoli were so expensive that we didn't try them, a 30euro allowance barely covers one course! Wine was reasonable but any other drinks were extortionate. We did as many on here suggested and made friends with the local supermarket. Good points: A large comfortable bedroom and excellent bathroom. Fast efficient service from maintenance and housekeeping thanks to the Tivoli web app, plenty of sunbeds and an endless supply of pool towels, ice machines on every floor. The position away from the bright lights and British seaside vibe, on the seafront and 10 minutes walk from laid back La Caleta was the draw for us We always book 5 star so we may be more picky than some people but this was an expensive hotel so we expected something more when what we got was maybe slightly less

This pleace is beautiful , cosy, friendly, clean , comfortable to access pool, Restaurants, ocean, gym, spa. I like it 🫶

A real gem of a hotel in all respects - location, quality and service. A lovely short beach walk to the excellent restaurants of La Caleta, and excellent onsite dining and bar options. Really friendly staff who demonstrated excellent customer service and clearly enjoy working at the hotel!
