Tivoli la Caleta Tenerife Resort

We felt completely at home at Tivoli La Caleta from the very first moment of our arrival until the day we left. What we especially appreciated was that the hotel looked and felt exactly as we had imagined from the photos beforehand. The atmosphere, the style and the overall feeling were just as beautiful in reality – nothing felt exaggerated or presented better online than it actually is. We stayed in a triple room with partial sea view and were very happy with it. It was comfortable, cosy and well maintained. The housekeeping team was always friendly, kind and attentive. We also really appreciated that the water in our room was replenished twice a day – such a simple detail, but incredibly convenient. In the evening, after we had showered, the towels were replaced again, and a small piece of chocolate was left on the bed together with a sweet good-night message. Such a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent. On the first morning we were almost overwhelmed by the huge variety. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and there was something for every taste. The pool areas are also very beautiful and well designed. For guests looking for peace and quiet, the adults-only area is a great option. Food and drinks by the pool were very good and everything was well organised. The staff there were, once again, extremely attentive and friendly. We also really enjoyed having the opportunity to play padel at the hotel. We even got up at 7 a.m. to make the most of it, and it was such a nice way to start the day. We had a very positive experience with the reception team as well. Whenever there was even a small issue or question, they always found a quick and uncomplicated solution. On our final day, we were even able to enjoy the pool until departure and later use a courtesy room to shower and get ready before leaving, which was extremely convenient. The only point we would suggest improving concerns the pool towel system. At first, we actually found it very pleasant that guests did not have to constantly keep track of their towels or worry about being charged if one went missing. However, after a few days we noticed the downside of this system. By early afternoon, many loungers were covered with towels, but it was often impossible to know whether they were still being used or whether guests had simply left the towels behind. Even the staff, who regularly collected abandoned towels, could not always know which loungers were genuinely occupied. As a result, we sometimes struggled to find a free lounger despite the fact that many appeared to be unused. We think the hotel’s intention behind the towel system is very guest-friendly, but perhaps guests could be encouraged more clearly to return or remove their towels when they leave the pool area. This would make it much easier for everyone to see which loungers are actually available and would prevent unnecessary “reservation” of sunbeds. Apart from this small point, we had a truly wonderful stay. We felt very welcome, very comfortable and very well looked after throughout our holiday. We would happily return and can absolutely recommend Tivoli La Caleta.

Having never visited or wanted to visit Tenerife, this hotel stole our hearts and we will return. Faultless. Every member of staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and committed to making our stay perfect. It was. A rare find. Says it is a 5 star hotel and it delivers just that! A special shout out to Claudia and Joe at the pool. Our teenage son ( Charlie) was very impressed that they remembered his name and food/drink orders even though we didn't spend every day at the pool. Ditto the staff at breakfast who remembered his preference for hot chocolate each morning! Housekeeping was meticulous, front desk and guest relations available and extremely helpful. Gorgeous hotel and grounds, but it is the exceptional staff who provide the 5 star experience. Thank you all.

I have never before left a review on trip adviser but simply had to because of this amazing experience which we had in Tivoli, La Caleta (wife , 2 yr old daughter and myself). Located a short walk along the coastal path from La Caleta cafés, restaurants etc and a slightly longer walk in the other direction to the busier Costa Adeje area where you will find lots of places to shop, eat and drink with sea views. You Can also walk to the designer shopping centres or can get a 10 min taxi or free bus to the Siam Mall for shopping/ food. Located 15 min drive from the airport too so no long transfers which was great. The hotel itself is wonderful. So clean and modern, beautiful rooms, bars, restaurants, seating areas both inside and outside. Various big swimming pools suitable for all and even an adults only pool if desired. Re the food we had breakfast every morning in the restaurant which was fantastic. Again so clean , staff on hand to assist. The selection of food was tremendous with everything you could possibly want. Healthy options and sweet treats. Swimming Pools were perfect for our 2 yr old daughter who could play and swim about in the shallow section of the big pool. Also a heated pool which was lovely also. Gym a bit basic but has everything you need if you want to train, but to be honest who really wants to when on holiday anyway - rest time. My wife also used the spa which she loved. For us, the main reason this hotel is so special are the staff. Every single member of staff work so hard to make sure you have a lovely stay. From the greeting when you check in, to the people to clean the rooms to such a high standard , to the staff in the restaurants , swimming pool bar, kids club and managers who are always around to oversee it all - we couldn’t speak any higher about the treatment we received. Always polite , helpful and nothing was a problem. A real credit to the hotel and make the place so special. We usually try different venues each year for holiday but will 1 million percent be coming back to this hotel in the future. A truly special place and memories to last a lifetime. Gracias

Guest experience from start to finish was first class

We have just returned from a family holiday in the Tivoli La Caletta , with our 14 year old daughter . I can say it was no less than one of the best holidays we have had . As soon as we arrived we were greeted with the amazing staff at the entrance and reception , they greeted us with a welcoming smile and checked us in with ease. The hotel location is ideal as is set in a beautiful location with La Caletta on your doorstep , Del Deque and Adeje a 15 min walk or a 5 min taxi ride away . The atmosphere in the hotel is so relaxed and chilled , from around the pool to drinks at the bar later in the evening , if you want a cool vibe with a nice mixture of couples and families of all ages , this is the place . The rooms were beautiful and spotless , cleaned daily and evening turn down with the offer of extra water or more towels and “delicious “ chocolates . The whole hotel has been beautifully designed and layed out thoughtfully with an emphasis on relaxation and comfort . The staff as a whole were all helpful and very warm and friendly, would go above and beyond to help . Special mention to Joe and all the team at the poolside bar/ restaurant and Luca and the guys in the upstairs bar , exceptional and amazing assets to the Tivoli family ! Lastly Seen restaurant, what a dinning experience, if you are in Tenerife it’s a must ! You definitely get what you pay for ! Will be booking for a return visit with more of the family x
