Tivoli la Caleta Tenerife Resort

We spent our December vacation at Tivoli La Caleta. The property, staff, service and overall amenities are top notch. From the rooms being clean and well equipped, their on site food offerings are excellent and high quality. Pools and Spa are easy to navigate and the customer service is excellent. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to provide you with an experience of a lifetime. This was our second visit to this resort and will not ever make the mistake of trying the RIU Arecas next door. We left that property after 4 nights and finished our last 5 days at the Tivoli.

First time staying back here since refurb and rebrand from the Sheraton. Staff are nice and polite, rooms nice and buffet is decent for both breakfast and dinner. Pool nice and great that it’s heated. There are 2 issues - one is that in the evening the hotel is dead - entertainment is poor. The other thing, which for me is a bigger issue, is that the gym is simply poor, significantly under invested and just not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel in this day and age. They could transform this great space with very minimal cost on some decent machines, and i do not understand why they have scrimped on investing here.

Tivoli was better than i expected, really liked the location, food and the staff were very helpful. The room was lovely and spacious with a large bathroom.

Loved the setup of the resort, lovely staff, pool beds facing ocean with stunning sunset, poolside bar and food service excellent, very modern and spacious rooms. Loved it overall.

Lovely hotel, we had a suite, it was spacious and tastefully decorated. Nice size dressing room and bathroom with an amazing shower! Main bedroom was spacious and a nice view of the gardens and sea. Great bar snacks and lovely to have welcome fruit and a bottle of chilled cava. The hotel has a lovely vibe, staff are very helpful and friendly. The main pool area is great. lots of beds and space, with nice plants and trees around which makes it so nice to relax. Staff very attentive in bringing drinks and food all day if you want it. It’s about a 15 minute walk to adeje fishing village with some nice restaurants if you want to leave the hotel. We will definitely go back, as a great place for some winter sunshine.
