Best hotel in Tenerife

Tivoli is a lovely hotel. Nice and chill not too busy but not too quiet. Since we arrived Lois and Carla in guest relations made us feel really welcome. They accommodated us so well from the beginning anything we needed they provided. Taxis, recommendations anything. Thank you so much to both Lois and Carla for making our holiday so perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Sheer opulence and decadence
Tivoli La Caleta is hotel unlike any other, a real experience in opulence and relaxation. From the moment we arrived staff were warm and friendly with lots of information on local cuisine and facilities offered by the hotel. Their staff are so attentive and welcoming, with their Guest Relations surprising us with a gift to celebrate my 40th birthday. The restaurants SEEN, Yakuza and Guilty are all perfect locations for a special occasion. Personal favourite is Yakuza and their tasting menus (Maiko and Geiko). I can honestly say after visiting Tenerife for so many years, this place is a true jewel and surpasses expectations at every turn. Naming staff that I can recall, Inma, Alexander, Fanni, Giovanni, Marlene, there are so many others that have been exemplerary I just can't recall at the time of writing! Thank you so much for a brilliant experience.

Gem of a Hotel
We have just arrived back from a 5 night stay at this gem of a hotel. We were there to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary and could not have selected a more appropriate venue. From the friendly efficient staff to the wonderful dining options , terrific grounds and facilities we could not have chosen better. We are already planning our next visit .
