World class customer service, best of the best!! They have a top notch concierge team with Carla, Adolfo, and Diego- and together, they can make all your adventure-ing dreams come true!! I was there for a few days on my own, wanted to do whale watching, kayaking, star gazing in Tenerife. They called around and made things happen within hours with the most fantastic guides (truly professional!) and at reasonable prices. I really love this hotel and recommend it to all my friends and family. We will be back in September!! What a wonderful Tenerife experience. The hotel is located in the La Caleta area-- a bit more refined and removed from the busy Los Cristianos area that is packed of tourists- Los Cristianos is still a stone's throw away ~10-12 mins by taxi. The hotel is clean, well organized, lots of activities. I LOVE the Anantara spa!! With its hydropool, sauna/steam.. ask for Ana- she worked magic on my sore legs after days of hiking!! This hotel is right on the beaches and shopping area. Wonderful amenities, amazing bed!, room with fabulous views, lots of breakfast options.. you will be very satisfied with the service and your stay. I can find no faults in this hotel and cannot wait to return!!

In the Alma-Bar of Tivoli La Caleta Hotel Darian made for us the best Baraquito we drunk till now! Perfectly made as it should be.

Having been to the Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort the same time last year I can only say it gets better and better every time!!! The hotel is exquisite and the services, food, attention to detail and care shown by the staff displays the highest level of detail and care. I would like to make a special mention to Adolfo in guest relations who from the moment we arrived was sensational in the way he treated our party of seven people. Throughout our trip, he was consistently tentative to all our needs and should be commended accordingly. I would also like to mention Lucy and Sylvia guilty and seen who again went above the level of client care to ensure that all our needs were dealt with and were superb to dealwith.

My friend and I have just returned from a superb holiday at the Tivoli. Recommended to us our stay was amazing from start to finish. You are made to feel so welcome from the moment you arrive at the entrance. A beautiful hotel with lovely grounds, three pools and the rarity of plenty of sun beds and parasols! The staff throughout cannot do enough and are exceptional. Whether it be moving a parasol at the pool, the lovely pool bar team who always appear when you want them, the kind and friendly reception staff or the lovely housekeeper who gave us extra chocolates one evening - all with a genuine smile. Breakfast is a feast with a huge variety to suit every taste. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and well maintained and we simply loved every minute! If there is a negative it is the lack of evening entertainment but even then we will definitely be returning!

This was our second visit to the Tivoli. Going back proved how good it is . The whole experience was brilliant. Every area of the hotel was a different experience and all areas are kept in very good order. All members of staff are very attentive.
