We spent 10 days here on a British Airways package holiday. The hotel is in an excellent location, opening at the back directly onto the seafront pathway. This is a better location than many of the comparable 5 star hotels in the area. The style of the building is modern and unfussy with the well-kept gardens and pool areas being highlights. We had a partial sea view room, 524 but it was a generous terrace and actually quite a good sea view. The bed was super comfortable, excellent bathroom and outstanding twice a day service by housekeeping. We appreciated replenished coffee capsules, daily water bottles and the room was nearly always done when we returned from breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic, everything and anything you could want. Dinner buffet was €45 per person and kind of canteeny in atmosphere. We did not try the a la carte restaurants as there were others esp in La Caleta with similar menus and lower prices. We loved the upper pool which was quieter and warmer than the main pool. No issues getting loungers until the UK school holidays started and then it was difficult. Staff do not help with loungers or pool towels which we found odd for a 5 star hotel. We also found the cocktail bar experience disappointing both in service and in drinks quality. Overall, the hotel ticked the boxes and we used it as a base to go for hiking and touring around the island, coming back in late afternoon for a swim. We also walked out and to the left as far as Los Cristianos and to the right beyond La Caleta and up to the cliff top walking paths. We ate either in the commercial complex close to the hotel front or in La Caleta.

We recently stayed at the Tivoli 5-star hotel in Adeje, Tenerife, and it truly is a hidden gem. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant décor and refined touches throughout that made our stay feel extra special. We booked bed and breakfast, and the breakfast selection was outstanding—there was an abundance of options to suit every taste. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and of excellent quality. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the staff. From the catering team to the maître d’, everyone was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and always smiling. The same level of friendliness and professionalism extended to the bar staff, poolside team, and restaurant staff—every interaction we had was warm and welcoming. We were so impressed with our experience that we’re already planning to return soon… if they’ll have us 😂

Ideally located between Costa Adeje and La Caleta this hotel most definitely a 5 star hotel. The food was excellent as well as the friendly and approachable staff throughout our short stay. Low key live music was provided every evening which was a treat. Highly recommend this hotel

I visit the spa and hair salon at this hotel every time I come on holiday to Tenerife. I live in Switzerland and travel here quite often, so I always look forward to coming back. I especially love the hair salon services , Mila is a very professional hairdresser who truly knows her craft. She can handle even the most complex coloring techniques, and I’m so happy I found her. Highly recommended! I also regularly use the manicure and pedicure services. The specialist there works very carefully and creates beautifully thin, natural looking nails with great precision and professionalism. I also enjoy the spa area at the hotel. Charlotte at the reception is always very kind and helpful, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Overall, I always have a great experience here and highly recommend it!

At reception, you are offered some sparkling alcohol or fancy juice, and the check in process is easy and calm and tailored, very friendly. The rooms are excellently fitted out, clean and the king size beds are very comfortable. Shower was hot and great pressure. Terrace/balcony was lovely too. Service at this hotel is excellent, everyone friendly and keen to assist in a genuine manner which makes all the difference.
