Tivoli la Caleta Tenerife Resort

The Tivoli anjoys a great location. It thoroughly desrves its 5* status. The hotel is very well maintained. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel with top class dining areas, swimming pools set in a large expanse. Welcoming and polite staff. Food of high quality. Walks on the promenade - 2 minutes from the hotel. Overall excellent experience.

Stayed here yet again and always enjoy our holidays here.Staff very attentive and friendly and lovely chatting to Lois at front desk who was very helpful. We always get same room overlooking the pool with a lovely balcony and sun loungers. Room was well cleaned and clean towels brought at night too. My only minor complaint would be the salad bar improved at breakfast. Feel the quality and quantity could see room for improvement. Ate lovely meal at Yakuza and Seen which were both excellent. Nice entertainment at bar till 9.45 pm if you are back in time!

We have visited several hotels in Tenerife and this is undoubtedly one of the best. I really liked the layout of the pool area and the sunbeds with the sea-view being an extra bonus. We stayed in a "partial ocean view" room in order to book interconnecting doors. The rooms were very tasteful, a great size with a lovely balcony area and amazing views of the ocean. It definitely didn't feel like a "partial" view! The balconies would benefit from a sun-lounger as they were a lovely sun trap later on in evening when it became a bit cool at the pool. There's definitely enough space for at least one and I think this would be a nice addition. I changed the room-type direct with the hotel after booking with jet2 and the communication was prompt and helpful. The pools were colder than others we've stayed at in Tenerife and, personally, I think they should be a bit warmer. We ate lunch a couple of times at the pool but I wasn't overly-impressed with the food so we ate at a nearby restaurant after that. I think the menu should have a few more salads. The location of the hotel is a bit further out than what we're used to. However, if you like the La Caletta area this place is perfect for you! My son had a Padel lesson one day which he thoroughly enjoyed. My teenagers probably wouldn't choose to stay here again but it's definitely somewhere I would like to visit again.

We were fortunate to find this hotel and enjoyed a wonderful week at a terrific location. There were some excellent local restaurants nearby which complimented our stay. Would recommend a visit.
