Sensational ovean view, excelent food

We had a fabulous stay at Tivoli La Caleta! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Paolo at reception. His customer service is outstanding and immediately made us feel welcome. Along with Yaiza and Fanny from Guest Relations, they all went above and beyond to make our holiday truly fantastic. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the team made it extra special. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories! We stayed in Room 539 with a beautiful ocean view. The housekeeping team were exceptional, keeping the room spotless every day. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and despite the hotel being busy, it always felt relaxed and never rushed. The pools and gardens are absolutely beautiful, filled with lovely flowers and a variety of palm trees. A special mention to Joe, who looked after us by the pool every day, ensuring we had everything we needed. Anma and Andrea were also fantastic. We spent most of our time at the adults-only pool, where we found the loungers much more comfortable and cooler to lie on. We also enjoyed playing padel and taking long walks, as the hotel is perfectly situated between Adeje and La Caleta. We will definitely be returning—not only because it’s a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, but because of the exceptional staff who made our stay so memorable. Highly recommended! Had an amazing week, the staff are very attentive and friendly and nothing is too much out the way, so many people i could mention but Joe at the pool, Paolo the duty manager and the whole guest relations team. To be honest you can see they drive the culture of customer come first across the whole resort, would 100% come here again. Room, comfortable with great view of the sea, even though it was meant to be a partial view, pool area, always enough beds and just the overall ambience and facilities were excellent. Great time to come before the kids break up for a couple.

We stayed for 10 nights in early June 2026, booking via Jet2 indulgent escapes and absolutely enjoyed every minute. Our room was a garden facing balcony room, with an amazing shower. The staff on every location were welcoming and friendly, not too busy to answer any questions. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in early June, we would recommend it.

An excellent stay here at Tivoli perfectly situated away from the main strip so it’s a peaceful and relaxing place. The room we had overlooked the fish pond and was fully furnished with all the amenities. (Along with the two room refreshes!) I personally have multiple allergies and the way they looked after and catered for that was exceptional. A fantastic hotel I would absolutely recommend not only for a family trip but also a couples retreat!
