Not the Five-Star Spa Experience I Expected
I chose this hotel specifically to experience the Moroccan hammam and massage. The Moroccan hammam itself was excellent clean comfortable, and professionally delivered. Unfortunately the rest of the experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel. The welcome and hospitality upon arrival felt very basic and lacked the level of attention usually associated with a luxury spa experience. The biggest disappointment, however, was the massage session. When I politely asked the therapist to apply a little more pressure, the response was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable rather than cared for as a guest. My concern was never about the price or the type of treatment; I simply wanted to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant experience. Instead of leaving refreshed and relaxed, I left with a headache and a feeling of disappointment. It is unfortunate because the hammam service was genuinely very good, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations.

A wonderful place to stay
This was our third visit to the hotel and we have just rebooked to visit again in November 2026. This is a beautiful and quiet hotel which sits in-between two fantastic golf courses. No waiting for taxis or mini buses to take you for your round of golf! The hotel runs a brilliant golf buggy service between the hotel and golf course, running all day everyday. The hotel has a safe storage area for the golf clubs which means you don't have to drag them up to your room after you have played a round of golf. The rooms are all suites which provides the extra space that makes it a little bit more special. The room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. We particular like the dining experience in the evenings, no buffet service here! Gentleman beware that you need to wear long trousers in the dining room. The food is good with a varied menu and traditional Moroccan dishes. The restaurant staff are all exceptional with their service and friendliness. I will try to mention as many of the staff as I can:- special thanks to Habbib, Mounir, Taufek, Salah Eddine, Hakim and Salah. Thank you to Mohammed for taking care of us with the early breakfast and again his attentive care at lunch time with the two lovely ladies Hakima and Karima. During your stay if you need anything don't hesitate to speak to the reception staff. On our first visit we forgot the plug adaptors but after contacting reception everything was sorted. A member of staff went to the shops especially for us and returned with adaptors, brilliant service! If you appreciate beautiful artwork and sculptures then take time to wander around the hotel and be amazed. This is a very special hotel and it feels like we are returning home when we visit.

It’s an absolute must for golf fans who love a boutique hotel with great food great service and great golf
The hotel is beautiful . Small luxurious and with exceptional staff The restaurant is first class with delicious food and wine and service that is exceptional As with all great places there are just too many to mention but we have eaten in the restaurant for several nights and thanks to Taoufik, Ait Salam, Mounir, Mr Habib and so many more the experience has been exceptional-thank you all so very much The room has been serviced every day and evening by a hidden gem of staff who leave everything beautiful clean and often with ‘special’ rose petal messages that make it so warm and welcoming. A nightcap in the bar at he end of a long day has been enhanced by the cocktails and drinks prepared by Faycal - thank you And then there us the golf Beautiful courses in exceptional condition with regular work ongoing by a team of ground staff who are warm and friendly on the course An excellent caddy master organising everything and everybody and making you feel special and caring that everything works Regular quick and courteous drivers getting players from the hotel to the course What could be better A five star review is absolutely warranted

Magical Tikida experience
This a wonderful tranquil experience. The rooms are large & the beds are huge. The staff are so friendly & obliging We’ve been 3 times Just love it

Fantastic week playing golf
Had a lovely week staying at Tikida and playing golf. Beautiful spacious hotel bathed in a calm serenity and filled with a collection of local art and photographs, and traditional furniture and features. Excellent food and friendly, helpful staff.
