Amazing experience!
This hotel is absolutely amazing. All the facilities are modern and spotless, we loved the pools over looking the sea and every staff member was smiley and couldn’t do enough for you. Would give it 10/10 for absolutely everything. Thanks for a great trip.

Beware of reception!
I reserved a premium room more than 3 months before my stay and found myself in a horrible room that goes out onto a back alley at the same level than my balcony where anyone could have easily climbed in - and facing a wall 3 yards away, no light, no view, couldn't even see the sky!! The room itself was decent as were the general features of the hotel. Very good breakfast, nice pool, excellent restaurant. The big letdown was the front desk: unprofessional, unhelpful, slow and easily overwhelmed. They couldn't be bothered to come up with a solution for the room and didn't care one way or the other. Given the room rates I would expect some professionalism and better trained staff.
