Service, food and location were great. Room and bathrooms are outdated. The bathroom reminded me of my grandmothers decorations and you could see the wear and tear

The service and rooms used to be impeccably rendered but that has ceased. Very disappointed they have let it fall.

We had to change rooms twice. One room the ceiling was falling onto our bed. Second the AC was emitting smoke and fumes. The tub in the 3 rooms was nasty with mold. Such a beautiful property but the rooms need to be remodeled asap.

Hotel has not been updated in more than a few years. The room had paint chipped all over, the curtains were ragged, the carpet was stained and filthy, the towels were frayed, the tub was peeling all over. The first day I stayed there, there was no system to issue a key card (had to be escorted by bell boy), the next morning I found out there was no hot water, so had to shower with cold water. That same day I noticed that the phone was not working, so it was impossible to request room service. At night I couldn't turn on or of the bedside lamp, the only option was to connect and disconnect it. I really expected much more from what should be a 4 star hotel, belonging to the prestigious Camino Real group. Never again!
