Magnifique!
As a young, black couple, we had such a lovely experience at Villa Gallici. The place is absolutely beautiful — elegant and aesthetically stunning, but at the same time so peaceful and relaxing. It has a very special atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. What really stood out to us, though, was how warm and welcoming everyone was. Michael was wonderful and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and kind, without ever making the service feel too formal or forced. You can obviously come to Villa Gallici for the beautiful setting, but it’s the people and the warmth of the service that make the experience so memorable. We truly loved our time there and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Aix-en-Provence. Would absolutely come back.

Fantastic, luxurious treat
I had a wonderful experience here. It was a welcome relief to arrive here after a disappointing Airbnb. The staff is incredibly warm and patient, the whole hotel smells like roses, the food is great, and the decor is extraordinary. I also appreciated that there was properly functioning air conditioning, as it has been too hot for most of the hotel systems to keep up during my trip. It's also a quick walk down into town. I would be delighted to stay here again. May be the best Relais & Chateaux I've ever stayed in.

Best Concierge!!
Romantic 5 star hotel. Beautiful pool and very friendly staff - what made our days in Aix-en-Provence - Matteo, on the concierge team- first rate - excellent advice on where to go and when, amazing restaurants (both fancy and casual) and many other helpful hints. Don’t stay here without checking in with Matteo!
