Hacienda de Los Santos

Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at in Mexico! The wife and I spent 3 days there for our 33rd wedding anniversary and loved the service and atmosphere. We flew into the local Alamos airstrip and taxied the plane right into their hangar minutes away from the hotel. Jim (the Owner) met us in the hangar with a brand-new air-conditioned van, helped load up the luggage and drove us to the resort. Check in was an absolute breeze. The 1600th century Spanish architecture, lush landscaping, along with all the modern conveniences (4 pools, spa, AC, on site bar and restaurants, etc.,) made for an unforgettable getaway. We did not have our dogs with us on this trip, but we found out that they have pet friendly rooms and the next time we fly down the boys (2 Yorkies) will be along for the ride. Hacienda De Los Santos is by far the pilot friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at and if you happen to be a pilot and fly in, they offer a great discount. We hope to be back in a few months!

On a tour of Nothwest Mexico, we had the great pleasure of staying here for two nights and because it was out of season we had the whole place to ourselves, the 4 of us had a great time, this place is exquisite. We met Jim, who kindly arrange for our rooms to be upgraded. The whole set up, restaurant, cafe, cantina, pools, landscape and rooms are so well done, Jim and Nancy cannot be thanked enough for creating this haven. We only hope we can visit again it is sooooo relaxing. The staff are warm, friendly and efficient, our enthusiasm for this special place is endless.

I’ve been to many hotels professionally and otherwise and Hacienda was the most beautiful, friendliest and interesting of them all. The staff can’t ever do enough for you. The rooms are individually unique and beautifully decorated. Without question, the most beautiful boutique hotel you will ever visit.

The proprietors, Nancy and Jim, have outdone themselves with their vision of this extraordinary hotel/spa. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or enjoying a drink in the cantina with over 500 varieties of tequila, every moment was memorable. If you're looking for a place to unwind, reconnect, and experience authentic Mexican elegance, Haciendas de los Santos is it. We’re already planning our next visit.

This resort is about the nicest we have been to in all of our travels. Clean, very nice staff, beautiful rooms, in a great little colonial town. If traveling to Mexico this will become your number one destination. We flew in with a light plane and were picked up at the airport. Short ride through town to the Hacienda. Great friendly safe town that you can walk in without any hassel. Not a lot of T-Shirt shops or people trying to sell you stuff. Would rate this stay a 10 out of 10.
