English and german below: موقع الفندق ممتاز لمحبي الهدوء والطبيعة، إذ يقع في منطقة المنتزه، إحدى أهم المعالم السياحية في الإسكندرية، مباشرة على البحر، لكنه ليس في وسط المدينة. مستوى الأمان مرتفع جداً، حيث يجب المرور عبر 3 حواجز أمنية للوصول إلى الفندق، مع السماح لسيارات أوبر بالدخول حتى المدخل. يمكن قضاء يوم كامل داخل منطقة المنتزه نفسها، حيث تتوفر سيارات صغيرة للتنقل بين الأماكن المختلفة داخل المنطقة، ما يجعل التجربة مريحة وممتعة. الاستقبال والموظفون كانوا رائعين جداً، وإجراءات استلام الغرفة كانت سلسة، كما لم تكن هناك أي مشكلة بخصوص الـ Late Check-out. الغرفة كانت نظيفة، مودرن، وتتمتع بإطلالة خلابة على البحر. مستوى النظافة بشكل عام ممتاز. لكن الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت على خدمة الغرف، إذ لم يتم استبدال المناشف بشكل دقيق، كما تُركت بقايا الطعام من أول يوم حتى اليوم الثالث، ولم يتم استبدال أكواب الشاي المستخدمة أو إعادة تعبئة بعض مستلزمات الحمام الناقصة. الفطور يفتقر إلى التنوع ويتكرر بشكل يومي، كما أن المخبوزات لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب، لكن باقي الخيارات كانت مقبولة نوعاً ما. الشاطئ والمسبح من أجمل الأمور في الفندق، حيث تم تصميم خليج شبه معزول عن البحر، ما يخفف من قوة الأمواج العالية ويجعل السباحة أكثر راحة، كما أن المسبح نظيف ومدفأ. السعر مقبول مقارنة بالموقع والخدمة. باختصار: إقامة رائعة وأنصح بها، خصوصاً لمن يبحث عن الراحة والهدوء، لكن أتمنى تحسين جودة الفطور وخدمة الغرف. ⸻ The hotel location is excellent for those who enjoy tranquility and nature. It is located in Montaza, one of Alexandria’s most famous landmarks, directly by the sea, although it is not in the city center. The security level is extremely high, as you need to pass through three checkpoints before reaching the hotel. Uber cars are allowed to enter all the way inside the area. You can easily spend a full day inside the Montaza area itself, and small shuttle cars are available to take guests around the different attractions within the complex, which makes the experience very enjoyable. The reception staff were excellent and very professional. Check-in was smooth, and there was absolutely no issue regarding late check-out. The room was clean, modern, and had a breathtaking sea view. Overall cleanliness standards were very high. However, the only downside was the room service. Towels were not always replaced properly, leftover food from the first day remained until the third day, used tea cups were not replaced, and some bathroom amenities were not refilled. Breakfast lacked variety and became repetitive, while the pastries were below expectations. Other than that, it was acceptable overall. The beach and pool area were among the highlights of the hotel. The hotel created a semi-isolated bay connected to the sea, which reduces the strength of the waves and makes swimming more comfortable. The pool was also clean and heated. The price was reasonable considering the location and overall experience. In summary: a wonderful stay that I would definitely recommend, especially for those looking for relaxation and safety, but I hope the hotel improves breakfast quality and room service. ⸻ Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Gäste, die Ruhe und Natur genießen möchten. Es befindet sich im Montaza-Gebiet, einer der bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Alexandrias, direkt am Meer, allerdings nicht im Stadtzentrum. Das Sicherheitsniveau ist sehr hoch, da man drei Sicherheitskontrollen passieren muss, um das Hotel zu erreichen. Uber-Fahrzeuge dürfen jedoch bis direkt vor das Hotel fahren. Man kann problemlos einen ganzen Tag innerhalb der Montaza-Anlage verbringen. Kleine Shuttle-Fahrzeuge bringen die Gäste zu verschiedenen Orten innerhalb des Geländes, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Das Empfangspersonal war ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch ein Late Check-out war überhaupt kein Problem. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und bot einen traumhaften Meerblick. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit im Hotel war auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war der Roomservice: Handtücher wurden nicht immer zuverlässig ausgetauscht, Essensreste vom ersten Tag blieben bis zum dritten Tag im Zimmer, benutzte Teetassen wurden nicht ersetzt und einige Badartikel wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Das Frühstück bot wenig Abwechslung und wiederholte sich täglich. Besonders die Backwaren waren enttäuschend, ansonsten war das Frühstück insgesamt akzeptabel. Der Strand- und Poolbereich gehörten zu den schönsten Aspekten des Hotels. Das Hotel hat eine halbgeschützte Bucht geschaffen, die die starken Wellen reduziert und das Schwimmen angenehmer macht. Der Pool war sauber und beheizt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war insgesamt gut. Fazit: Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann – besonders für Gäste, die Ruhe, Sicherheit und Meerblick suchen. Verbesserungsbedarf besteht jedoch beim Frühstück und beim Roomservice.

Room 428 was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony, overlooking Montazah Palace and the Mediterranean. The plate of treats was a nice touch and much appreciated. Tea/coffee supplies were sparse and no milk was supplied. The bathroom was tired looking and the bath appeared scungy. No toilet paper was to be flushed down the toilet. The door to the balcony was stiff to open. There was only one bedside table and lamp - for two people! A generator/pump was noisy. The meal in the restaurant was delicious with a wide selection of starters, mains and desserts.

A wonderful experience as usual at re lounge, as i celebrated a birthday today and enjoyed animation show & the beautiful belly dancer Lidiane You don't need to travel to Cairo to enjoy it's vibes, as you can enjoy it at re lounge, where you can at weekly basis, attend concerts for cairo superstars like badiaa, nashwa, heart, Victoria and even singers like the beautiful nanitta Not only this, re lounge is very safe for you and your couple, with lots of body guards everywhere, maintaining safety for all guests Many thanks to Mr. Rewis the owner for letting us feel at home ❤️❤️❤️

We visited the hotel off season ( the busy season is usually from May to October when it is ideal for spending a summer vacation) the weather was still not cold and we could still enjoy the beautiful bay and swimming pool when the sun was out , one of the most beautiful and picturesque areas in the middle of Montazah are in Alexandria. The hotel was clean The open buffet restaurant was great and there were many other restaurants to choose from for dinner، a Japanese, an Italian and a seafood restaurant . The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The best part was the lovely strolls you can take in this historic area
