The Alexandrian, Autograph Collection

Truly enjoyed my vist to The Alexandrian. Lovely property, spacious rooms, great food at the King & Rye and AMAZING service. The manager, Sam, is fantastic to work with and staff was very helpful. Will definitely visit again.

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel and it has become very tired in the years between visits. The positives: Staff and location are great. Friendly and prompt check-in. Room was ready at 4pm. $40/night parking under hotel. Bottles of water offered. The lobby is cozy and welcoming. Negatives: The elevator opened to the 5th floor covered in plastic, painters tape, DUST and some type of blower that sounded like a jet engine in the hallway. If you are here to sleep, try another hotel. The room is dark and tired and endless street noise. A "large" guest room is still on the very small side with a bathroom that has zero vanity space to get ready. The $25/night resort fee covered what exactly? Enough construction dust on the furniture to leave notes for housekeeping with your finger. Again, location is great, staff are nice, but the upkeep doesn't justify the prices and fees.

The Alexandrian is a wonderful hotel with the best locations. It's close to so many amazing shops and restaurants including King & Rye located in the hotel. I had breakfast there and it was delicious. My room was quite comfortable and decorated nicely. I did have an issue so I spoke to the front desk (I can't remember their names) and they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. They contacted Sam, the Assistant General Manager, and he reached out to me within minutes and the issue was resolved. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks Sam!!!

What a fabulous site for our family reunion! The hotel was clean and welcoming from the front desk to the bar, The dining room, and our room which was cheerful and bright. In particular I would like to thank Sam Shaheen and Beza Yared for their kind attention to our entire group of 20 individuals. I cannot think of a better location for a group of out of towners. Plenty of shopping, sightseeing, and excellent restaurants in a walkable neighbor hood. Looking forward to our next visit. Maureen Knowles
