Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the service at Vila Vita Parc - Every staff member we encountered spoke to us, welcomed us and made every attempt to make our experience at Vila Vita Park exceptional. The food was great, the property in immaculate condition and all requests for assistance were fulfilled with a smile. This property is truly a step above! We can hardly wait to return.

My husband's and my experience at Vila Vita Parc was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself was gorgeous, with breathtaking views and grounds that were absolutely beautiful. We stayed in an Oasis Premium Rooftop Suite during our four day stay. The room was spacious and clean, had an amazing bonus rooftop deck with couches and a shower, and fruit and waters were available in the suite throughout our stay. The daily breakfast was amazing -- beautifully arranged with variety for every dietary need. If you are traveling without children, I highly recommend going to the adults only breakfast restaurant, Atlantico, each morning and waiting for a seat with a view to enjoy the decadent beauty of the coastline and the delicious food together. What stood out the most from our four days at the resort was the attention to service and the authentic feeling we experienced as guests that the staff wanted our stay on property and in the Algarve to be perfect. Our car broke down in the hotel garage on the first day of our stay and from the moment the valet team realized the problem, the valet team and the front desk team moved into action. Our car issue ended up taking over two days to resolve with the rental car company -- all coordinated through the incredible Vila Vita Parc Senior Assistant Hotel Manager Francisco Fragoso and the hotel front desk team. Honestly, I have never experienced service quite like this and just do not know how to properly thank the team for their dedication to making sure my husband and I were unaffected by not having a car during our stay. If you ever have car issues while traveling, I would hope like us it would happen for you while staying at the Vila Vita Parc Resort -- a place that truly treats you like family! My husband and I will be recommending this incredible resort to anyone who is traveling to Portugal. We already miss the beauty of the Algarve and the kindness of the the southern Portugal community.

Super location, very good hotel with spacious and clean rooms, nice environment and hotel settings, excellent food, overall very friendly and competent staff. The only slightly negative issue to mention are the housekeeping staff, who almost each day forgot little things (nothing dramatic).

Everything lived up to our high expectations. The only "glitch" was we had asked for ergonomic pillows and it took three requests and two days before they were delivered to our room.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained and the service was wonderful. However I booked my stay for two nights with two other couples. Their room seemed roomier than ours and had a walk in shower as opposed to ours which had a hand held shower with a bathtub. I was a bit disappointed as I believe the cost was the same. I had already unpacked and we were only staying two nights, so I did not ask for a room change. I look forward to returning and experiencing a nicer room Thank You.
