Amazing shower pressure!
One night stay before heading home. Friendly reception. Clean & tidy room, bathroom a bit dated with tiny shelf for bathroom bag. Very quiet even though our room was beside road. Lovely meals at restaurant. Appreciated the pool. Small gift shop at reception.

Very Sketch, But Good Food
Decor was quite spartan & poorly maintained but not as bad as things could be this far from population. Still if I was camping or in a caravan I wouldn’t be so suspect of how clean things were. Door locks were damaged & the bathroom shower was just the corner. On the other hand the restaurant knew how to cook fish.

A very nice hotel with Restaurant Pool etc. The room was a twin double beds the usual Amenties + fridge Shower great. A good breakfast with a good choice. The location was not great on the other side of the river from the town. We were advised not to VENTURE out after dark unless we taxi into town. Ok for a one night stay.

A jewel in the Desert
A lovely hotel near town.Staff were so friendly and helpful .Great restaurant with a huge choice for breakfast.Rooms very comfortable with tea coffee etc provided Hotel very convenient for visiting Ayres Rock and School of the air etc and the attractions of Alice Springs

Unfortunately this is the only Accor branded hotel in Alice. Front staff were lacking customer service experience but hats off to bar and restaurant staff who did an amazing job . Food in restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The rooms !!! Could do with a fresh coat of paint. Lacked appeal and character. Compared to other resorts in the area! Well might consider somewhere else next time.
