Excellent A lovely hotel . Spacious rooms.. very clean and well kept. Food in main restaurant was delicious and very fresh. Holiday was made for us by lovely staff. Concierge very helpful, especially Cecelia . Pool area well managed . No complaints .. very much a five star hotel. Recommend

Excellent return visit to Conrad Algarve. This hotel is absolutely spotless and reception were super helpful when we arrived. The staff are a credit to the hotel and cannot do enough to help you. Since our last visit in October 2023, The Nest bar has been renovated, which we found made it much more welcoming and comfortable to relax on an evening. Thank you to Rajon, Rangita and co for looking after us on multiple occasions. We are looking forward to returning again after further renovations are completed. The only downside to our stay was the ongoing construction works on the apartments at the front of the hotel. Our room faced directly onto the building works so on occasion we did hear noise from this. I would also suggest a temporary privacy solution as on occasion the balcony felt overlooked, although o appreciate this may be outside of the hotel’s control.

HOTEL: This is a beautiful hotel that wows you as you approach it. We stayed in the King Deluxe family suite set on the 6th floor and it is huge. A large bedroom and a separate living room. The whole suite is very spacious and clean. The hotel is slightly dated, but it is going through extensive upgrade which is set to be completed by summer 2026. There are apartments in the grounds of the hotel which are going through completion after years of neglect. There is construction going on which is expected to finish by end 2026. This does create a lot of noise at the hotel and the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. STAFF: This is where the hotel absolutely excels. We received true 5-star treatment and the following made oyr stay exceptional. ​Yara: For assisting with our booking and looking after us during the stay. ​Alex: For his constant smile and helpful "can-do" attitude where nothing was too much trouble. ​Eli: For the warm welcome and huge smiles at breakfast every morning. ​Andre & Palsome: For their excellent assistance and service. ​Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning.

Easter weekend break with the kids, great location. Was a bit surprised when we pulled up and the hotel looks like a construction site. When we went in there were further works to the restaurant off the reception which we weren't aware of. The weather was bad when we visited so the pool was too cold to go in and we were disappointed the indoor pool was also rather cold. Our room was very nice and very clean but the noise at night from dogs barking in the hotel to couples arguing was really unfortunate as we slept awful. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and the staff were all very friendly.

We’ve just returned from the most amazing stay at the Conrad Algarve and honestly, everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and cared for by every single person we met. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing, but what really stood out was the team. Ricardo and Sujan at The Nest Bar were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Sandro offered great service throughout, and Carlos from the night team was so kind and professional. Maria and Catalina at reception were always friendly and welcoming, while Antonio took the time to show us around the hotel and made sure we were well looked after. Diego made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to help us plan our day exploring the Algarve. Rodrigo and Jose from Concierge were also amazing, always smiling and eager to help. We felt like true VIP guests and can’t wait to come back — the staff made this stay unforgettable!
