Just back from from an extremely relaxing and enjoyable week in Conrad Algarve. From the moment we arrived Tisha in guest relations assisted with our check in, explained all aspects of the property and arranged restaurant bookings and information on local amenities. Thoughout our stay both her and Celia were always at hand to deal with our needs in a professional and friendly manner. The front of house team were most helpful and attentive to our needs. The Nest Bar which has recently been refurbished provides a relaxing and warm setting to either enjoy a cocktail or food with good service and friendly staff. Breakfast is a nice experience, a good buffet and menu service well organised in an efficient and friendly way by Thamy and her team. If staying at the property the Spa with its termal suite is a must to experience. On our last night we treated ourselves to a meal in the Heinz Beck's Gusto restaurant, a delightful experience both the tasting menu and the accompanying wines from Portugal. Our sincere thanks to Chef Stefan and his team of Nicola, Federica, Tomas, Rodrigo and Gennaro in the kitchen who adapted the menu superbly to deal with our allergic requirements to provide such varied and tasteful dishes with delicious wine to accompany. Our sincere thanks to Gonsalo, Ligia, Orlindo, Alessandra, Joao, Pedro and Olu on the restaurant floor who with their service, explanation of dishes, wine background information and friendly approach added to the enjoyment of the night. Overall a delightful experience which ended our stay on a high note. Looking forward to our next trip to Conrad Algarve. Shaun Greene

We have just returned from a nine night stay at the Conrad Algarve and I cannot speak highly enough as to the quality of this hotel. Marco and his team offer the highest standards with a genuine desire to give their clients a memorable experience.The cleanliness of the hotel and quality of accommodation cannot be matched anywhere in the Algarve, this combined with the genuine friendliness of the staff was the total ingredients of an exceptional stay. Congratulations to you all.

The nicest staff ever We had two excellent weeks at the Conrad Hilton. The staff could not have been nicer and we have stayed in many hotels over the years. In particular the staff in Louro where we enjoyed many an evening meal. Special mention to Om and Ankit - but all lovely. Breakfast staff also great. Eli and Tammy in particular. A well run, good location with nice facilities hotel. Concierge helpful. Special mention to Celia And the smiling Lucky. I wish I could name everyone.

Perfect location, great property with exceptional staff! We have visited on numerous occasions and this hotel never fails. There is clearly a new owner as some enhancements are taking place in the property- Nest a new bar lounge area- very bright and spacious with an amazing Collins looking after us with his happy huge smile, welcoming personality- just exactly what you want! Rooms are spotless, as are all areas in the hotel. The staff you meet as soon as you come through the doors are helpful, friendly and happy so the first impression is exactly what a guest wants- to be welcomed and wanted- great job! We have to say the golden star of this trip was a young lady called Olu at the lower pool area- she was simply outstanding! Why do I say that? Well she just never stopped, she had the biggest smile, happy chat, was always fussing to make sure your day was going well or could she do something more to make it better. It was interesting to watch her, going about her day just looking out for all the guests. It could be helping with a parasol, topping up ice, a friendly chat, delivering food and drinks- everything was done to the best of her ability! Would suggest the hotel use her to train new starts. We have been to many places but Olu’s work ethic cannot be faulted and well deserved praise is deserved. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were there- many thanks for the treats the hotel provided for her-definitely made the day extra special.

We have had a wonderful holiday at the Conrad, Quinta do Lago. We found the hotel to be very welcoming, clean and we noted a few positive changes from our last visit. Nest Bar would be an example and already we could see it being more actively used in the evening. Breakfasts are always excellent at the Conrad with the staff very polished with food quality to match. The buffet is well presented with plenty of options for all tastes. We particularly enjoyed our days at the kids pool. Although the water wasn’t the warmest, the staff we found more than made up for this. We have to highlight Olu in particular who was simply excellent and is a great credit to the brand. She had an ability to anticipate our every every need, doing it in a very happy and positive way (how very refreshing!). Genuinely, nothing was a challenge.
