Today 6th June 2026 is our final day at the Conrad in Quinta. This has been the best week. We have had a very relaxing break and as usual the hotel was immaculate, the rooms/restaurants are fantastic and the pool is brilliant. What makes this hotel is the staff. From Breakfast, to a day at the pool, to sitting around the bar for sundown the staff cannot do enough to help and make sure you have everything you need. My wife and I love this hotel and its people. We have been coming here since 2019 and only Covid prevented us from coming every year. As this break comes to an end we can’t wait for the next time we arrive.

Another wonderful family stay at the Conrad Algarve. Having visited several times before, it’s always a pleasure to return, and this visit was no exception. We were delighted to be upgraded to a Junior Suite, and our family group of six, spread across three rooms, was very well looked after throughout our stay. The refurbishment works are transforming the hotel. The redesigned public areas, bar, breakfast restaurant, pool area and new pool bar all look fantastic. While some work is still ongoing, the improvements already make a huge difference, and we can’t wait to see the finished result. As always, the food and drink were of a high standard, and the service from every member of staff was exceptional. A particular highlight of each day was my traditional midday Sagres beer, enjoyed in the Algarve sunshine. A fantastic family holiday, and we look forward to returning again soon.

A tough one to review, but at £500 a night then things should be much better than they were! Location was easily accessible, right until you want to walk across to the shops or next door to the fantastic Indian restaurant. No one had cordoned the extensive building works to the front of the hotel leaving us walking along/through a building site! We turned back and went out on the other side of the road on the first time out - then found we had no path there either! I don't understand why it is so hard to mark out a route for safe walking. I don't want to use an Uber to go a few hundred meters. There was no mention of the works on arrival which is an oversight - sure you could forgive this, but when you're chilling on your balcony at 9 in the morning and all you can here is building then it's not ideal. The Hotel itself is lovely - clean areas, great rooms and a lovely team. Really enjoyed the spa area and had a great massage. We used one of the hotel pools and enjoyed this area. There was something about the room that I couldn't work out. I guess the A/C is a shared system with gas/water being pumped around the whole hotel as it was quite loud at night when trying to sleep - sounded like someone running a tap constantly. Strange, but ear plugs and a great sleep on the lovely pillows and mattress. It really was a lovely room - we used room service for breakfast for 1 each day - €42 delivered to the room - ticked every box for continental breakfast and it was enough for both of us and substantially cheaper than going to the breakfast lounge. I wouldn't mind moving the room to another location - or just don't visit until the building work is completed. It's expensive and should be better.
