Wow. Wow and Wow! Incredible stay at the Swissôtel in Izmir. From questions through email before we arrived, check in, room, location, art decoration and breakfast, I wish I could give the hotel more stars, specially to Ayşe Nur Alay, she does an outstanding job, her kindness, welcoming and caring were the difference to our stay! Thank you Ayşe Nur Alay! Definitely a great place to stay in Izmir!!!

Strategically located on Izmir, the staff are extremely friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are comfortable. i went there twice since 2019 and i would go again.
