A must for sunset drinks
Scappi is an amazing location for sunset drinks over looking the water. Our incredible server Erkin, went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. Highly recommend!

Amazing
My family and I travelled to Izmir in augest 2025 and this is one of the best experience we have ever had. On top of our amazing experience here in Swiss hotel ,was the experience of cooking with Chef Ozlem and Chef Mert. My 9 year old son who loves cooking joined chef Ozlem and Chef Mert to cook one of the most delicious pancakes he has ever had. They were so nice and patient and made my son feel amazing

Decent stay
A very nice hotel, mainly geared towards Turkish guests rather than an international crowd. The highlights are definitely the beautiful and very well-maintained garden, the lovely pool, the excellent location in the city, and a good breakfast. On the downside, the staff speaks very little English, and a quirky detail is the way they make the beds: they simply lift the duvet, spread it over the bed and call it done.

Great hotel where the staff make you feel at home
Top hotel experience. I’m staying for a number of weeks here and from the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Attention to detail is incredible and the team are attentive but not in your face. Special mention to Alara around the pool who even helped me with my Turkish!
