Beautiful week in Izmir, will be back!
Myself and my boyfriend spent a beautiful week here, every element of the hotel is beautiful from days at the pool being kindly waited by Ibrahim & Alara who always remembered our orders & were so helpful. To the well kept rooms and beautiful art aswell as the beautiful sky bar where we watched the sun set each evening. An amazing very memorable week. Thank you to the team. Reasonably priced too for a 5 star experience.

Excellent stay at the Swissotel with its Executive Lounge
I had a wonderful stay at the Swissotel in Izmir. Thank you for the excellent service provided by Emre, Emir, and Elif at the Executive Lounge. They were professional and took care of anything I needed as a guest.

Not worth the money
They put our family of 5 on two different floors and we couldn’t access these floors except through one set of elevators or with their keys - huge pain! Then neither of the rooms would cool down below 24 degree celcius making for a very uncomfortable night of sleep. We have tried multiple Turkish dishes but this breakfast was not good. For what we made - I would not recommend

Comfortable and quiet rooms. Service was very good and overall our stay was a great experience. The Scappi restaurant was excellent.

Best hotel in Izmir with amazing rooftop restaurant
Best hotel in Izmir by far. Scappi restaurant is amazing too, but a bit pricey so be aware. It is Michelin star quality and best view of the city. The facilities like pool are really good while staying in centre. I recommend you take room facing pool if preferring silent room
