High Expectations, Poor Service Delivery
We stayed at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience did not reflect a 5-star standard. The property itself is beautiful and the reception team was welcoming. However, the overall service was disappointing — requests took a very long time, we were often transferred between several staff members, and even simple things were delayed. Food arrived cold and late, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism in handling guest requests. While most of the staff were kind and polite, the slow response time and service quality significantly affected our stay

Breathtaking hotel, beautiful lunch
The hotel is out of this world, views breathtaking. And the people who work here are so nice and attentive. Absolutely loved our lunch at Harrat, views are perfect, the food was filled with love and everything was delicious. The best part was the service from Mr George and Mohammed, who were extremely attentive and made our experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend both Lebanese and Egiptian desserts, couldn’t pick a favorite.

Excellent , Relaxing and best place to unwind
Excellent place and amazing resort. The staff here is very good and courteous and helpful. Prompt service and relaxing place.
