An unforgettable stay! The room was absolutely stunning and felt like true luxury. Everything was beautifully designed, private, and incredibly comfortable. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special thank you to the Filipino staff, Rasmina, our driver, who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also want to thank Jason and Niko for their outstanding service, they were friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. A heartfelt thank you for making my bachelorette celebration so special. The beautiful cake and the stunning bed decoration were such thoughtful surprises and made our stay even more memorable. Every little detail was perfect, and we truly felt so well taken care of. This was one of the most wonderful hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you to the entire team for your genuine hospitality and for creating such unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing place, the restaurant is delicious! Waiter La Michel at the breakfast was very attentive, breakfast is fabulous by the way!

Breath taking location, with super attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a shame that the rock pool was closed, but we were offered a pool at a vacant villa which worked well for us. Maraya tour is worth a look if you can’t afford a second mortgage to dine in their restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the wonderful hospitality during my stay in AlUla (March 2025). From the moment I arrived, I felt so well taken care of. The room was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to the duty manager on the evening of my last night, March 12th 2025. I had booked the Incense Road experience in Old Town with my little girl, and we returned quite late. Duty Manager, Saad, who assisted me, he was on shift around 1 a.m. on March 13th. I was unable to find a taxi back, and when I called the hotel, he kindly arranged a car to pick us up. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me and truly reflected how much you care about your guests' comfort and safety. I hope he receives this message and is recognized for his exceptional service , he truly went above and beyond. I also truly appreciated the lovely breakfast every morning , not just the delicious food, but the warm, friendly team who served us each day. They made our mornings feel extra special. I'm still thinking about my stay and the beauty of AlUla. I hope to return in the future, and I will definitely be choosing your hotel again.
