Amazing stay and experience at Banyan Tree Alula!
Banyan Tree Alula exceeded all our expectations! From the villa to the view to the service — everything was exceptional! Special mention to our butler Ilkhom who went over and beyond his call of duty. Always anticipating our needs ahead, he delivered the best service we can ever expect! Very knowledgeable, highly skilled, amazing photography skills and truly, kind and personable — he made our stay here more memorable! Thank you Ilkhom!

The service was more than amazing, the place is the most magical resort ever and the food and gym are fabulous. It is a resort everyone should have in their bucketlist.

True magic in the desert
The Banyan Tree Alula was exemplary in so many dimensions. The location is out of this world in the beautiful Ashar Valley and the villas are magnificent. Also so surreal to get to swim in a pool surrounded by giant rocks in a stunning landscape. We did not want to leave to go sight seeing because the view from the beautifully appointed rooms and our giant deck was already so incredible. Then there is the service - everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, from the valet, to front deck, to the servers and chefs, to our host Antonio, and to Rant and Suhad at reception. Special shoutout to Syann who truly was exceptional in catering to our every needs and making sure our stay in Alula was one to remember. We also had the pleasure of doing the private dove canyon dinner. That was one of the most surreally beautiful, magical evening. The food was delicious, and also wanted to give a very, very big shoutout to Farsan for being an amazing host to us that evening. He is a kind soul and very attentive. Thank you so much Farsan!!

A unique dinner in Al Ula
