5 out of 5 My experience at this hotel was excellent in every aspect — from cleanliness to comfort and the quality of services provided. The atmosphere was very relaxing and perfectly suitable for families, and everything was well-organized. I would especially like to thank Rafi for his outstanding support. He truly went above and beyond for me and my family. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a big difference in our stay. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. Amazing experience at
Everything was amazing!! The food was very good, the service, the vibe, and the atmosphere were all great. I highly recommend it! Also, Achraf was so nice, he took the time to explain everything and was very attentive. Don’t hesitate to ask for him! The experience was top-notch!

Unique, stunning
Amazing stay at Banyan Tree AlUla. The views are stunning, the property is super clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful and unique. Ali was very professional and extremely helpful in planning our trip, which made our experience truly special. Masud was also very kind, always smiling, and welcoming. The accommodation is unlike anywhere else . Beautifully blended with nature while still being very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Good food and the view is stunning!
We had dinner at Harrat and everything was very tasty, the only thing I would say is the Arabic platter was a bit smaller, but other than that, the flavor was nice. Mohamed’s service was on point! Also, he recommended us a delicious Arab desert that we liked.
