From the moment I arrived at Our Habitas AlUla, everything felt absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is peaceful and inspiring — surrounded by breathtaking desert landscapes that make you feel completely connected to nature. The team is incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Every single person I met went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality truly stands out — genuine smiles, quick help with anything I needed, and so much care in every detail. The design and attention to detail in every corner are simply amazing — from the rooms to the communal spaces, everything is thoughtfully created to blend luxury with the beauty of the desert. The food, the ambiance, the music, the little touches… it’s all done with love and intention. It’s one of those rare places that stays with you even after you leave. Highly, highly recommended — I can’t wait to come back to Our Habitas AlUla! ❤️

The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed with a smile. Big thanks to Joshua! Excellent service and such a positive vibe — he really stands out. The food was delicious and fresh, offering great quality and variety that perfectly matched the summer vibes. You can really feel the attention to detail in every aspect — from the service to the atmosphere. A glorious experience as always. The luncheon was fresh, Instagram worthy picture perfect but most of all mouth watering delicious. The restaurant team welcomed be back as a repeat guest and made me feel completely at home. The South African Chef, Melanie and Head chef Richard brought the team out to chat about the meal, the Restaurant manager Joshua was charming, professional and super effiencient. Evelyn our waitress spoilt us to the max. All in all a soulful experience.

What a wonderful place to stay in an incredibly magical place. This was one of the most amazing place that we have ever stayed. Well designed, comfortable with high standards. Can’t recommend enough. Staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. Qusai selected an incredible villa for us. So grateful! Thank you all! Make sure you do plenty of star gazing.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights while exploring the area. The setting is absolutely breathtaking and the cabins are so synthetically placed in the desert it just brought joy to my heart. The strict 3pm check in time creates a very busy reception area not suitable for the number of ppl trying to check in. It was more like a high end hostel experience, no welcome ceremony and everything was chaotic. Our room was lovely, we were staying in a Celestial villa, nicely laid out and plenty of space with a fantastic view of the surrounding rock structures. We had a massive telescope for star gazing that we were just too tired to take outside to use. Beautiful bedding which was very welcome at the end of a day of sightseeing. There was a big rip in our outdoor canopy which seemed rude at the price of the room. Also the allcurtains did not closing properly and generally lacked attention. Breakfast was a bit of a shock, as it was a music festival weekend locally, there was a dj set up as a chill out/after party area. I was loving every bit of it, possibly a dream come true because David Guetta’s concert in Al’Ula was what sparked my interest in the area in the first place. We were not made aware of this in advance and I did see an older couple being horrified at the loud music at 7am. Breakfast was buffet and table service and everything was excellent. Best sourdough bread ever, I still think about it haha. Getting a Golf buggy was always a wait even when booked well in advance, the excuse was it was a busy time but at this price point they should be prepared for busy times. If they can’t provide the service during busy times why charge the same price, doesn’t make sense. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic with very attentive and friendly wait staff and the food was delicious and high quality. When it was very busy one of the days a chef came around the other side of the kitchen and got everything running like clockwork, he was really on top of the situation, maybe reception and the buggy supervisors should take note from this super guy. Unfortunately never got near the pool, it was beautiful but very busy with no beds available. Fantastic resort but lacking in management (except for the kitchen where they were definitely hands on and managing everything with precision)
