Located in the Northwest of Saudi Arabia, Our Habitas AlUla is nestled among an ancient oasis in a desert valley surrounded by spectacular sandstone cliffs and palm groves with pathways leading up to one of 96 guest rooms, reception, a yoga deck, wellness and fitness centers, restaurant and a swimming pool. Every room is made from ethically sourced organic materials that blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings with minimal disruption and a sustainable programming leaving no trace on the environment. Our programming is the backbone for creating magical moments for us. The six programming pillars, which include: wellness, adventure, culture, learning and F&B are authentic collaborations with the local culture and nature. Tama, the restaurant, is a place to come together and experience an immersive culinary journey through time. With farm-to-table practices and sustainable agricultural methods. The food & beverage concept infuses Saudi & Middle Eastern cuisine, using local, fresh ingredients, such as spices once traded along the incense route, bringing Saudi Arabia’s unique flavors to life.

I had a wonderful experience at Tama Restaurant in AlUla. The service was truly excellent—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to Evelyn, Shiela, Amer, Riza, and Noor for their outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with friendly smiles and great energy. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. You can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. I also want to commend the Filipino staff—they are incredibly hardworking, professional, and kind. Their dedication and positive attitude made the entire experience even more memorable. Kudos to all of them! What made my visit extra special was how they celebrated my birthday. The team surprised me with warm greetings and made me feel truly valued as a guest. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant a lot to me. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend Tama Restaurant to anyone visiting AlUla. I will definitely be coming back!

Nice hotel with lovely views all around. The pool is a showstopper. Unfortunately it is also a long cue with people taking photos all day so not very relaxing. We also stayed at banyan tree and that hotel is more of a luxury hotel.

I had high expectations for my stay at Habitas AlUla, but unfortunately, it has been a deeply frustrating experience. Shortly after checking in, I discovered that the room rates for my exact stay duration had dropped by nearly 50% (a difference of over 650-900 Euro) compared to what I paid. When I approached the management to address this significant price discrepancy, they refused to provide any fair compensation, hiding behind a 'dynamic pricing' policy. Even though I am a guest currently staying on the property, their only offer was a room upgrade on my very last night—a gesture that holds no value for a departing guest and does not address the massive financial loss incurred. It is disheartening to see a luxury brand prioritize rigid policies over guest satisfaction and fair treatment. My attempts to resolve this internally were met with standard, impersonal responses, completely ignoring the lack of value provided. I would strongly advise potential guests to be cautious regarding their booking rates, as the pricing can be highly inconsistent. I am currently escalating this matter to the Ministry of Tourism to investigate these unfair commercial practices

The hotel is in the most amazing setting a location but the rest completely falls short. The service is poor, nothing was done in the time that was promised, it was a valentines weekend and th flowers came tue day after and the cake never came. That sums up the whole service experience. The rooms were OK, but really they were double wide trailers that were put together with not greet construction or appearance a clearly th place was aging. The beds were good, the shower was poor. The facilities felt like it was for one big instagram shoot which is fun I guess but the hotel did not fulfill the 2k a night price. Honestly felt like I was taken advantage of. I think you should definitely go to Alula but stay at Banyan Tree. The only great thing was the availability of the golf carts to got to locations on the grounds and the staff there was nice and helpful. Reception was also really poor experience and the concierge didn’t even appear until our last day.
