Grand Hotel Convento di Amalfi

This is one special property. Perched atop the hillside above Amalfi, we had an amazing view of the bay and surrounding coast. The service is is exceptional. Two restaurant offerings onsite (we went to La Locanda twice it was so good- try the eggplant) We had an early check out and the hotel offered us boxes of sandwiches to go. We will return soon (we hope)

From the moment we entered the hotel we were met with a warm and friendly welcome, the stress of driving to Almalfi melted away. Fabulous location and pure luxury.

Hotel is beautiful with amazing views and service. We stayed with other couples and enjoyed the pool and hotel restaurants and bar. We also did a pizza making class which was a lot of fun and the pizza tasted so good. I highly recommend this hotel.

From the very first moment, it was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, the hotel itself is stunning, and the views are simply breathtaking. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday in Amalfi, and the lovely ladies at the front desk made me feel truly special and celebrated. The restaurant experience was also exceptional, making every meal a delight. Overall, it was not only a wonderful stay but also the best choice I could have made for such a special occasion.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at Anantara Convento di Amalfi and it was outstanding not only for the breathtaking beauty of the Hotel and the location, but for the extraordinary staff. It was said Anantara can do anything and they proved that consistently. We had some issues with our rental car and they went above and beyond to resolve our issues with the upmost professionalism and courtesy. The front desk was always pleasant, helpful and prompt. My favorite server Juicee made breakfast and lunch unforgettable and she always had thoughtful gestures to make our time even more special with a smile. We loved our room and terrace and the pool was beautiful with pool staff always there to bring you a towel and a lemoncello. We were also able to witness a wedding being held there which was a gorgeous place to have a wedding. They also had a shuttle that would take you downtown Amalfi and pick you up which was great if you didn't want to walk. I highly recommend Anantara for your stay in Amalfi and we hope we can come back some day.
