Aruna Resort & Villas

Our stay at Aruna in San Pedro was truly incredible, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. The villa itself is beautiful, relaxing, and absolutely stunning, but what truly makes Aruna special is the people. The staff is what brings the entire experience to another level. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had an amazing vacation. A special thank you to Lorena, our concierge and main WhatsApp contact. She was absolutely phenomenal! Her response time was unbelievable — often within 30 seconds — and she was always available, reliable, helpful, and incredibly attentive. Anytime we needed anything or had a question, Lorena made sure it was handled. Having someone so dependable made our entire stay feel effortless. I also have to recognize our boat captains, Ernesto and Thomas. Their timing was INSANE! They were always on time and ready to go whenever we needed them. Their professionalism and consistency made every transfer smooth and stress-free. Benito, who assisted with our bags and driving, was also wonderful and made getting around and handling our luggage so easy. The restaurant and bar experience was another highlight. It genuinely felt like fine dining. Our servers Melanie, Angie, and Nelson were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. They anticipated what we needed without ever being overbearing and made every meal feel special. And the bartenders, Carlos and Eric, were fantastic. The drinks were AMAZING, and they clearly know what they are doing! Everything was beautifully made and added to the overall experience. I truly believe Aruna is what it is because of its incredible staff. Beautiful accommodations can only take you so far — it is the people who create the memories, and this team made our vacation phenomenal. To Lorena, Melanie, Angie, Carlos, Benito, Ernesto, Thomas, Nelson, and Eric: thank you for taking such great care of us and for making our time in San Pedro so memorable. Your hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Aruna is an incredible property, but its staff is what makes it truly exceptional. We had an unforgettable experience and would absolutely love to return! ❤️

I absolutely loved everything about my stay! The staff was great as well as the room and view. This was my first time traveling solo out the country for my birthday and they made sure to be very attentive to my every need! I was even surprised with room decor in celebration of my birthday! I would definitely be back and I highly recommend ❤️

Rose, Lorena and all the staff were amazing since the beginning. They helped us and made our stay really special, even decorated the room for my kids birthday. Also the property is really nice, quiet , and different from other hotels.

Resort was great and staff were incredibly nice! The bar and restaurant had amazing food and even better service. The view of the sunset from the bar pool was breathtaking. Also Nelson is an absolute artist when he makes the cocktails. This place was pretty much untouched and underrated. Definitely worth my while!

If I had to chose a resort to stay while visiting Belize, I would chose Aruna Resorts & Villas a thousand times over.
