Resort was great and staff were incredibly nice! The bar and restaurant had amazing food and even better service. The view of the sunset from the bar pool was breathtaking. Also Nelson is an absolute artist when he makes the cocktails. This place was pretty much untouched and underrated. Definitely worth my while!

This place is absolutely epic. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was second to none. Melanie, Carlos, Angie, Nelson, Eric, Elias, Lorena, Rose, Ernesto, Josh and everyone at Aruna made our stay a perfect 10/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The views are breathtaking, the scenery is unforgettable, and the entire property feels like a slice of paradise. Every detail is thoughtfully executed, creating a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. Aruna offers the best hospitality we experienced anywhere in Central America. The complimentary shuttles to San Pedro and Secret Beach make it easy to explore while still enjoying the tranquility of the resort. A special thank you to Benito, who is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. His dedication and attention to guests are remarkable. Whether you’re celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion, or simply looking for an incredible getaway, Aruna is the kind of place you’ll never forget. We cannot wait to return.

We recently stayed at Aruna Resort & Villas for 5 nights, and it was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the food was delicious… but the service was, by far, the best part of our stay. We truly felt like family from the moment we arrived. Everyone greeted us by name and remembered even the smallest details, which made the experience feel so personal and special. The boat captains, Ernesto and Josh, were friendly, safe, and always reliable. Every server was incredibly kind and so helpful with recommendations and local information, Elijah especially stood out! And then there’s Lorraina, Rose, and Susie, the true backbone of the property. These ladies keep everything running like a well-oiled machine and made such an impression on us with their warmth and hard work. If you’re looking for a beautiful, off the beaten path, peaceful resort with top-notch service, look no further. We will DEFINITELY be back!

From beginning to end, staying at Aruna Resort & Villas was a phenomenal vacation experience! And it all began with my interactions with Susy, one of the wonderful managers. From Susy’s 5-star customer service during the resort and airport taxi bookings, restaurant reservations, in-room massage scheduling, and tour information process, this highlighted the fact that Aruna is indeed exceptional. Moreover, upon arrival, the timely and lovely boat transportation to the resort and fresh-squeezed orange juice made my welcome even more exquisite. During my check-in process, property tour, daily boat transportation to and from San Pedro, and throughout my entire stay, Lorena, Susy, Rose, as well as the wonderful Aruna and Akasha restaurant staff provided me with personalized service, warm smiles, kindness, and professionalism. Furthermore, Lorena, the Resort Manager, took the time to visit me in-person on several occasions, provide helpful activities insight, and frequently touch base to ensure a remarkable vacation experience. Also, the picturesque ocean views and gorgeous sunrises from my luxurious villa felt like living in a dream every day. And I’m definitely looking forward to returning and staying for a longer timeframe in the near future. In addition, the beautiful surprise decorations in my villa to celebrate my birthday made my heart smile and reminded me that kindness and love are universal languages divinely connecting us as human beings. Also, having the convenience of dining on-property at Akaska and enjoying their meticulous food preparation, scrumptious meals, and lovely handcrafted beverages added to my exceptional experience.
