Las Terrazas Resort & Residences

Beautiful and safe resort. Very clean beach and pool. Every meal was delicious. Excellent service in the morning from Beverly and Hector is a real asset to the staff!! He is both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Well done - would recommend both the resort and restaurant.

I’ve been to Las TERRAZAS 2x in the last year and a half with my family. First in June 2025 and then in November 2026. We went back so soon because we had such a great time. We stayed in one of the villas with our teenagers. Las TERRAZAS has set the bar for what we think about for a relaxing beach vacation. The staff here is wonderful and you will be very well looked after. We dive and all the diving excursions were coordinated through the hotel. My husband and kids also went fishing and the hotel cooked up the catch for us for a delicious, private lunch on the beach. The Villas get a butler to help assist you with anything. His name is Angel, and he truly is one. He set up the lunch, helped us get our son’s phone back when he left it in the transport van and made sure that we had a hot breakfast brought to our Villa the morning before our early departure. All of the staff are warm and friendly and they get to know your name and what you like. You will not want to leave. We will definitely back to this paradise!

From the moment we arrived to the bittersweet moment we leave tomorrow, Las Terrazas has been beautiful in every sense of the word. The setting is stunning, the food at O has been consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff are simply extraordinary – warm, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your stay special. We have to give some well-deserved shoutouts. Hector, Karla, Nigel, Marvin, Andrew, Joel – you made us feel like family from day one. And to the many others whose names we didn’t catch: you were equally wonderful, and we hope you know how much your care and attention meant to us. A huge part of what made this trip so memorable were the excursions arranged by the concierge team. Our visit to the Xunantunich Mayan temples was absolutely breathtaking – Eddie was an outstanding guide, knowledgeable and passionate, and made the whole experience come alive. Cave tubing was an adventure we’ll never forget, and Israel made it all the more special. Our tour guide and transportation by sea with Sea-rious was fantastic – Raoul and Junior, you were brilliant! And our snorkeling tour to Mexico Rocks and Stingray City with Juan and Jesus was pure magic. Don’t leave without doing the chocolate tour at the Chocolate Boutique in San Pedro either – a genuine hidden gem. Back at the resort, we kayaked, played games, and spent long happy hours at the pool (the kids absolutely loved it). We made friends with fellow guests and staff alike, and by the end of the week this place genuinely felt like home. We’ve already extended our stay once thanks to a blizzard back home. Tomorrow we leave, and it will be very tough to go. We will absolutely be back.j

We had a wonderful stay at Las Terrazas Resort! From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a complimentary beverage, we felt relaxed and welcomed. Hector was absolutely wonderful — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The suites were spacious and beautiful, the food was excellent, and the beach massage was truly a highlight — so relaxing with the sound of the ocean in the background. We also loved using the kayaks and Hobie; such a fun way to enjoy the water. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

Best Caesar salad ever! The fish was delicious as well. We had a wonderful dinner experience for my friend’s big birthday celebration.
