Before you book a room here, look at other resorts. For the price that I paid to stay here it should have an all inclusive resort. The rooms were so outdated it was ridiculous. The bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with neck and back pain every morning. My air conditioner didn't work and had to request a box fan to sit on my nightstand to beat the heat. All the body products for hair ruined all the girls hair and make my skin itch, super cheap. All the furniture was old, my room was small and the tvs were not even smart tvs. You have to connect them to your phone and mirror share which a lot of the older guests had a hard time doing. The place was under construction which we were not told about, a lot of loss sleep due to construction noises all day long. The food was amazing! Expensive but worth it. The rooms were not. That's why I would have felt better if I wasn't paying an arm and a leg for my room PLUS my food. I'd advise everyone to look for a better resort. This is NOT Luxury! It's hard these days for people to take a vacation, this "Resort" was a huge letdown. Spiderwebs and dead bugs are not a selling point.

Jerri welcomed us as ICON members and gave us a wonderful overview of the resort and "short-cuts" on how to do the things we wanted to do this time. I tried to remember the list of people who provided us with exceptional service--a few I may not be able to recall or spell their names correctly. Gianna Max--both pool attendants. We rented the lounge chairs at the adult pool, and they checked on us regularly to make sure our waters stayed cold. Max brought us two fans, which was very nice. Anthony Tessa--both our servers for the day at the pool. Incredibly nice and attentive. Tessa especially seems like a special person working here in the U.S. with her family back in Jamaica. She works HARD! Deborah Jodi--bartenders who were friendly, willing to chat for a few minutes, and took exceptional care of us on our nightcaps. Cassie at Florabell was delightful. She was our server for dinner on our last evening. She really delivered a perfect service. Attentive without being intrusive. She is a young mom, and it's clear she works VERY hard. The woman working the bar at the swimming pool the afternoon of the 13th. She was completely in the weeds. Bees buzzing everywhere, a line of people wanting the drinks, and she remained calm, friendly, and attentive. I thought that was admirable. The kind girls at the pizza place were awesome. They worked the evening of the 12th, and they gave us great pizza and let me have all the frozen yogurt I wanted. I could tell they liked each other and they enjoyed the work. I think it's rare when you have an experience that is picture perfect like this. This has quickly become one of our favorite places--especially with the very nice touches like the door hangers and coffees in the morning, the free bar drink at Happy Hour. We just think you guys hit it out of the park this time.

My family and I have been visiting the Omni at Amelia Island for many many years. With four children ages 6 to 17 the family pool area is where we spend most of our time. On our most recent trip we had some of the best service we’ve experienced at this location. Specifically Nicole behind the bar was an excellent bartender that was also able to connect and serve my children with fun and a creative spirit. The food service young lady by the name of Samara was able to carry on that experience to our seats. Her attitude and smile made for a great addition to our stay. Finally, when the bar got busy, we saw Management jump in to support the rush and keep the flow of business flawless. She (Bailey), not only supported her team well, but was very observant and conscious of her guests and reached out numerous times to help do things as simple as blow up our float. It’s a little things they all did very well, that makes the stay great. Thank you Omni!
