Great business trip at a great resort.
Very well maintained resort. The staff is friendly and the restaurants are very comfortable with a great menu. The hours are accommodating an the transportation to different restaurants is timely and comfortable.

Above and Beyond Customer Service
Beautiful resort with excellent customer service. I spent a week attending my company conference and cannot say enough about the amazing customer service we received. The rooms were immaculate, the food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding.

AMAZING views but even better STAFF!!!
I was here for a work conference for a week and lets just say this resort is on my future visit list for sure! There are many places with beautiful ocean views-- what made the stay superior was the staff. From the check in gate, valet, bellhop to any staff you see anywhere: they were friendly, knowledgeable, always smiling & happy to help. Can't wait to bring my family here in the future!

Great Experience and would go back
Atmosphere was nice, staff was friendly and view from our room was amazing! Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but were accommodated with free drink vouchers in the bar. Food was delicious but pricey.

Business Trip Delight
I visited the OMNI in Amelia Island for a work Leadership Retreat. My husband and 4 month old were also in attendance with me and it was a great experience. The hospitality was some of the best I have ever received, the restaurants on the property were wonderful, the spa just recently reopened and that was amazing as well. Everything about our stay was a fantastic experience and it felt truly like a little vacay. The resort reminded me of my stay in Punta Cana Mexico a few years ago. We will definitely be revisiting the OMNI for a family vacation in the future.
