It may not be the most luxurious hotel in the Four Seasons chain – but it really stands out for its staff and the quality of its service. If I had to describe it, only one word comes to mind: perfection! No matter which department I dealt with (Ms Mhel from breakfast service, Mr Ahmad from the spa, who showed me everything with joy and enthusiasm and, together with his colleague Mohamad, introduced me to and explained Jordanian culture to me. From the reception, who wrapped my jam jar so perfectly in bubble wrap, even though I’d only asked for a simple piece of tape to secure it. That’s what I call thinking ahead and being there for guests. Other luxury hotels could learn a lot from that. The rooms are spacious and stylish, and the bed is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious. We felt right at home – and we’ve stayed at plenty of Four Seasons hotels before...

Five-star hotels are all more or less the same. They all offer the same standard, but what sets this hotel apart is its staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful; for example, Mhel from the Philippines is part of the breakfast team and does a fantastic job. At the spa, Ahmad and Mohammed made our visit there very enjoyable. I could name many others, but these three definitely deserve a mention and my thanks.

To all the kitchen staff of Oleo Restaurant and In-Room Dining a special thank you for taking the extra time and effort to ensure that all the food served to the child was gluten-free dairy free and nuts free. Your attention to detail gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our meal. To Mr. Rafeeq from housekeeping, thank you for bringing my phone after I forgot. It was a good experience with this hotel.

Great stay at an exceptional hotel! Good variety at breakfast, splendid wellness area (gym, two pools, yacuzzi, two saunas), and above all very friendly staff in all service areas.
