I had the pleasure of being served by Sultan Nofal at Foyer Lounge, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Sultan is the definition of professionalism—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. He has a great sense of timing, always checking in without being intrusive, and his knowledge of the menu was impressive. His recommendations were spot-on and clearly tailored to our preferences, which made the whole experience feel personalized. What really stood out was his positive attitude and attention to detail. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and it truly elevates the atmosphere of the lounge. Spectacular service at the Four Seasons Amman, easily one of the top staff for service of any Four Seasons I have stayed at. I started a trip to Jordan solo at this hotel, and they made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast was definitely a highlight getting to taste all the local delicacies. Comfortable rooms and I enjoyed a good massage at the spa.
