Four Seasons Hotel Amman

We traveled all over Jordan, this was our absolute favorite hotel. Beautiful, excellent service, delicious food. Ate at Olea, The Foyer and Sirr. Each one exquisite. Really enjoyed the bathtub and amenities. Massage at spa was one of the best of my life.

Excellent place to stay and helpful personnel. Especially Mr Laith, the assistant manager, highly professional and always at the disposal of the guests.

I did not try the rooms in this hotel, but every time I visit Amman, I have to book a spa session at this Hotel. From the entrance greetings to the spa lobby at the second floor, you feel relaxed already. This time I tried the Nabtian treatment, which is a scrub with the Dead sea salt, and a full body massage. Highly recommended.

We travelled from Mallorca to celebrate our 10th anniversary at Four Seasons, and from the very first moment we felt what Isadore Sharp envisioned: a place where true luxury lives in the people. You can feel the Four Seasons values everywhere – in the way the team anticipates needs, in the warmth of each greeting, in the respect and genuine care shown to every guest. The F&B Manager leads by example with a calm, attentive presence, and the Assistant Outlet Manager went above and beyond for us – even offering to drive us after his shift, a gesture we will never forget. The breakfast hostesses were both phenomenal – welcoming, kind and always ready with a smile, even if we sadly don’t remember their names. The bar hostess was equally charming and attentive, adding to the feeling that we were among friends rather than strangers. And a very special mention to Omar at breakfast, who looked after us with impeccable professionalism and heartfelt hospitality every single morning. Front office was outstanding: when we forgot our phone in an Uber, they didn’t just “help” – they truly took ownership, staying attentive and supportive until it was found. And housekeeping gave us a beautiful surprise in our room with balloons and roses to celebrate our anniversary – a total “wow” moment that we will always remember. In a world full of beautiful hotels, this one stands out for its heart. The building is stunning, but it’s the people who make it unforgettable.
