Four Seasons Hotel Amman

I had a very disappointing experience at the Four Seasons Hotel in Amman. The communication was poor, and the hotel made false promises that they did not keep. If you have a special day that you truly care about, I wouldn't recommend booking here. The hotel clearly prioritizes high-roller guests and doesn't seem to care about regular paying customers. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing overall. For the price you pay and the service they provide, you'd be better off choosing other hotels in the same area, which offer much better service and value.

Among them is the outstanding employee, Husam Al-Khalaileh, who has presented an honorable example of professionalism and commitment. During the wedding celebration of my niece, Bayan, and her groom, Adham, yesterday, we experienced Husam’s refined service, distinguished by precision, attention to the smallest details, quick responsiveness, warm-heartedness, and his welcoming smile this truly reflected an honorable image of the hotel and its distinguished management. The beautiful atmosphere, the excellent organization, and the luxurious buffet made the celebration an unforgettable experience. All my gratitude to the management of Four Seasons Hotel Amman for this remarkable experience, and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful employee, Husam Al-Khalaileh, who, with his high standards, elevated the hotel’s name and made it a true symbol of luxury and excellence.

Captain Husam Al-Khalaileh was an example of professionalism, politeness, and good reception. He welcomed us with a sincere smile and genuine attention to every small detail. He was always present, following every request with care, and keen on the comfort of every family member. Our table was perfectly arranged, and the service was five-star, elegant, and fast. Husam possesses an exceptional ability to communicate with guests in a friendly and respectful way, which truly made us feel like distinguished guests. The care Husam showed us at every moment made our experience on this special day unforgettable. His manner of dealing reflects the true image of Four Seasons Hotel: elegance, refinement, and humanity. We went for brunch at olea. The food was excellent with a wide variety including western and Asian cuisine with different live stations. Service was really good as well. Especially our server Shena who took care of our table was exceptional . An experience that will definitely be remembered and repeated. A special thank you to Khadijah.
