Great stay at an exceptional hotel! Good variety at breakfast, splendid wellness area (gym, two pools, yacuzzi, two saunas), and above all very friendly staff in all service areas.

Dinner at Four Seasons, Sara being the best server thank you

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

I had an incredible time at the Four Seasons having dinner there. The food was delicious especially the Rib Eye Steak and the Nachos. Sara gave us the best service she was so friendly, positive and helpful with the food recommendations. Thanks so much and will be back!

Great food and great service. The Nachos and the burger were great. And the service from Sara was outstanding.

Solid luxury city hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

We arrived into Amman in the evening and departed for Petra the following morning, so I cannot go into an in-depth account of our experience since it was so brief. Overall, the Four Seasons Amman's hard product and service was consistent with the Four Seasons' brand promise, and ably served its purpose as a peaceful respite for exuberant but tired travelers. While it's not the newest kid in the block (it opened in 2023) and is quite large with 192 total rooms, we found it to be in very good condition and served as a peaceful and comfortable place to rejuvenate before going onwards to the main purpose of our Jordanian visit. Everything worked as advertised - the airport transfer was seamless, the check-in process was pain-free, the breakfast spread was full of variety and of high quality, and internet connection was speedy. One aspect that often disappoints about Four Seasons properties is the fact that many of the structures and decor look like it could be from anywhere. They are consistently high quality, but it comes at the cost of having a very gentrified look, which results in the lack of character and no sense of place. We definitely would have preferred a bit more character and is unlike many Aman resorts in this sense. Thankfully, the wonderful view of the city from our room aided in giving us the a feel for being in Amman, rather than Los Angeles or Tokyo. We booked the 66m² Executive Suite, which was the smallest of the true suites but ample for what was planned to be less than a 12 hour stay. Much to our delight and appreciation, we were upgraded to the Premier Suite, which is larger (88m²) and would have cost us more than 300 Euros if we were to pay for the upgrade. It also had two bathrooms, which is something Mrs. KI-NRT prefers (although does not require). The one drawback is the lack of a balcony, which the Executive Suite has, but the tradeoff was worth it to us. Although it was a brief stay, it was a flawless one, which is something that can't be said about quite a few of our stays in hotels around the world, even luxury properties.
