Very nice place to stay comfortable and cozy environment, lobby is wonderful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable 👌, staff was very cooperative and polite and helpful. The location is also very good for travellers and I recommend it for all travellers.

Quiet and respectful facility with lots of space in the public areas and in the rooms. Friendly staff that listens and reacts to your needs. Great Italian food. The typical standard that you expect from HYATT. Serves alcohol, but no pork is being served at the hotel or any of it's restaurants. Breakfast is a little basic and cold, but it may be very subjective.

Overall a fantastic hotel with fabulous service. The Italian restaurant food was delicious and the atmosphere, service was amazing and Saif Al-Barawi looked after us so well, would highly recommend! Would definitely stay again when visiting Amman.

Beautiful location and friendly staff, food is great especially at the Lombard! Absolute recommendation for dining in style. Breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of locals and international choices. All in all great experience and will surely visit again!

The vast majority of hotels in Amman upgrade top tier guests to suites but this Grand Hyatt simply does not have many suites. Upon arrival late morning I was given a club room as Hyatt Globalist and in early afternoon I was able to move to a suite; kudos to staff for being accommodating and flexible to allow me to freshen up in a smaller room and then move to a suite. That said, for longer stays I would probably not risk it and I would say it's a hotel where it's probably preferable to burn a Globalist confirmable suite upgrade at time of booking. The suite is not new and shiny but it was in fairly good condition. One weakness of this hotel is that for the moment at least, there is no club lounge. Either it's closed permanently or it's being renovated? As a substitute, they offered happy hour near the lobby area, but it was loud, crowded, and unpleasant when I stayed. It's not nearly the same as having a quiet relaxing lounge and a place to get better service than at reception. Because there is no lounge, breakfast was in the main restaurant. To their credit they allowed me to have breakfast on the day of arrival. That said, breakfast was not a highlight - I found it to be a bit weak compared to other hotels where I have stayed in Amman before. And once again, having the option to have breakfast in the lounge would have been nice.
