I had an excellent stay at Grand Hyatt Amman. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall service exceeded my expectations. The staff were consistently professional and welcoming, and the facilities were well‑maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Disappointing. Dated, functionally and worn out rooms. Good luck figuring out how the thermostat works or how to turn off lights! Then there was the mysterious accounting - where charges are not charges. Apparently same sex couples are a novelty - no we just need one room, not two!! Yikes, it’s 2026. On the other hand, the public spaces are beautiful and the food and beverage is excellent.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Ameira at the restaurant during breakfast. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the service. His kindness and positive attitude truly made our breakfast experience more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and outstanding service.
