Excellent experience in Amman
I had one of the best stays ever at a Hyatt. This hotel is well mantained, rooms are in excellent conditions, beds and pillows are confortable, everything clean. Restaurants are superb. We had lunch at the italian restaurant which exceeded our expectations, a full italian menu, european ambiance and a perfect service. Breakfast is amazing, with a great selection of food. Amenities are great and overall, a must stay when in Amman.

Great hotel!
A great hotel! Big rooms and bathrooms. Helpful staff. Nice facilities. Good food in the italian restaurant. Nice outdoors lounge area.

Great experience at Grand Hyatt Amman
Great hotel, very safe, very accommodating reception staff. Architecturally very appealing. Great location. Having a "club" concept which includes happy hour is very smart. Great stay, if back in Amman, will definitely stat at the Grand Hyatt.

Decent stay
Stayed for three nights and had a smooth experience overall. The housekeeping team provided excellent service, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. However, breakfast could use some improvement—there were no fresh juices available, which was a bit disappointing.

Luxury, relaxing, and welcoming experience at Grand Hyatt
Luxury hotel that offers a relaxing and welcoming environment. The room is clean and spacious. I loved the view from the room that was overlooking the grand mosque and the pool. The breakfast is huge and delicious. The gym is well equipped and I liked the I could connect the machines to my Apple Watch. The staff are welcome. I think I could easily notice that the staff are instructed to respond to our needs as hotel guests. I like that. I loved the garden where I spent several hours working. I would come back here.
