Grand Hyatt Amman

Room type & duration: King room, 6 nights Positives: Hotel is conveniently located to downtown Amman and neighbouring areas like Abdali etc..; Public spaces (lounge, pool, gym) are of a high standard; Staff are generally friendly and helpful and the hotel has a refined yet unpretentious atmosphere which we appreciated Negatives: The room we stayed in felt dated and unkept. There was a glaring lack of care with visible plumbing and substandard maintenance. Housekeeping, which was constantly done in the late afternoon, was rushed and nowhere near the standard one would expect of a 5-star hotel. Glassware was not replaced, coasters had visible signs of built-up dirt and several surfaces were simply not cleaned. Breakfast: A long stay reveals the variety and consistency on offer and we found the monotony and quality inconsistency of the breakfast on offer tiresome after the 3rd day or so. Staff were very helpful and attentive which is a positive Overall: We were underwhelmed and while we'll be returning to Amman for a few nights during our current trip, we won't be staying here

When traveling abroad there is always a question of what shape hotels are in especially in cities one is not familiar with. The Grand Hyatt in Amman Jordan was a wonderful surprise. It's well located, very clean, has many amenities and outstanding service. Our room was quiet despite the noise of the city and in a location where one can walk to many restaurants although the hotel has wonderful food and a great Italian restaurant.

This is not my first visit to Grand Hyatt Amman, and it certainly won’t be my last. I truly consider this place my home whenever I visit Amman, more like staying with family than staying at a hotel. Our connection with the hotel goes back to 2016, when a close family relative, (Mr. Fahem) one of the hotel’s most loyal members, made our first reservation. That first experience was wonderful, and what impresses me most is that the same high standard has been consistently maintained over the years. Throughout the years, I have stayed in different rooms, suites, and even the residences, and every single experience has been perfect. Now, almost 10 years later, I am staying again in the residence, and the level of comfort, quality, and care is exactly what I remembered, if not even better. The service is exceptional, the staff are genuinely welcoming, the facilities are excellent, and the overall quality is outstanding. From the warm welcome to the smallest details, everything reflects professionalism, hospitality, and true care for guests. I felt it was important to write this review because this hotel truly deserves it. Thank you to the entire team for making every stay memorable. Highly recommended without hesitation.

It was such a great one night stay, nice and helpful tean at reception, we went though a positive experience since arrived , Would like to thank Mr Lo'ay for his passion, approach, and the excellent efforts of making sure clients are happy and satisfied.

The Hyatt has a very good location and the level of service is exceptional. Food is so delicious & well served. The hotel staff do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
