Comfortable luxury stay
Grand Hyatt has always been the gold standard for hospitality and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and helpful, I felt really taken care of. I Was provided nice and quiet rooms. Loved the hotel breakfast buffet.

Great place to stay in Amman!
Excellent hotel in Amman, great base for exploring. We stayed in connecting club rooms as a family of 4 which was perfect. All staff were very kind and attentive, great breakfast, and club benefits.

Very Disappointing Management – Grand Hyatt Amman
I honestly can’t believe how bad the management at Grand Hyatt Amman is. I was at the hotel, and the valet insisted I pay 2 JDs for parking even though I had already paid 1 JD. I still paid just to be nice, but seriously — since when does any proper hotel charge guests for parking? This isn’t about the money; it’s about how completely unaware and disconnected the management is from what’s happening at their own property. The whole experience showed a total lack of professionalism and care. For a place that calls itself a five-star hotel

A fantastic stay. This is THE hotel to stay at if you're in Amman. Such lovely, friendly staff, beautiful lobby and facilities and great restaurants/bars/lounges. I can't recommend enough!
