Great place to stay in Amman
The Hyatt has a very good location and the level of service is exceptional. Food is so delicious & well served. The hotel staff do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Grand Hyatt still a Grand place to stay in Amman
Wonderful experience that I would not exchange for the other options farther away (St Regis, Fairmont, etc). Check-in was a breeze, King room on the Club level was in excellent condition. The benefits for staying on the Club level were more than worth their cost (evening happy hour 6-8pm including food, wine & prosecco + fabulous breakfast 6am-11am on weekends!). Service was exemplary with every staff member looking out for you. Finally, the location is excellent. You can literally walk to Rainbow Street and even downtown if you wished - if not, an Uber is quick to take you to the center in under 10 minutes (~$2-3). Another great place within 5 minutes walking distance: Back of the Bar at 13C Wine Store - one of the best places we visited in this fabulous city and country.

Great Hotel in Amman
Grand Hyatt Amman is a great hotel to stay in Amman. Their location is great, and they offer an airport transportation service in partnership with Hertz. I firmly advise on signing up for pickup from and to the airport with them.

Beautiful hotel!
The hotel was very nice but what makes it special are the staff who work there. I would stay here again if I returned to Jordan.
