Excellent experience
Excellent steam, sauna and jacuzzi in the spa area. Great gym with new equipment. Welcoming and extremely helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast and a good location to explore the city centre by foot.

Dinner at the Lombard restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Aaman, Jordan
We had a wonderful dinner at The Lombard restaurant for my husbands birthday. Our servers Dyaa and Issa made us feel very special with a special birthday dessert and the food was delicious we highly recommend the next time you are in Aaman, Jordan!

Best Stay in Amman
The experience was more than perfect. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.. everything looked clean and neat. My stay was very comfortable which encourages me to stay again in Grand Hyatt Ammn in my coming visit ISA

Just OK
Nice enough but not the 5* standard I have stayed at in other hotel chains. Beds were very hard, bathrooms poor with cracked basins and poorly positioned showers. Restaurant was OK but not enough local menu choice .

A wonderful experience with the best manager ever!
Mr Abdullah the manager was absolutely wonderful. He stayed late to welcome us personally from a flight that landed at 2 am. He helped us to make our anniversary so special and memorable. We were sad to leave this beautiful hotel after one night. The staff were managed exceptionally and they all worked very hard to make our stay special.
