Our entire stay here is amazing! Check in was flawless, kudos to Mr Abdullah. He is a nice gentleman. Very accommodating, will give you a warm welcome, know how to talk with people, overall: an excellent service mindset. Mr Hassan was a huge help at check out. He helped with everything we needed, very polite, and fast with his work. Not to forget the housekeeping staff and restaurants are hardworking and respectful. Hope to be back soon!

Hyatt Amman has some of the best service I have experienced in any hotel. The location is excellent, food is really good, particularly the complementary appetizers served at 6pm. We also had an incredible complementary breakfast included in our package . I recommend the spa, which has swimming pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. You don’t feel you are in the Middle East!

She asked thoughtful and detailed questions, adapted the entire treatment to my individual needs, and created a warm, empathetic atmosphere that made me feel completely safe and cared for. The deep-tissue massage I received from her was one of the most remarkable treatments I have ever experienced. It left me feeling free, relaxed, grounded, and deeply connected to myself. Following her recommendation, I also booked a Hammam ritual, which further enhanced the effects. After both treatments, I felt more at home in my body than I have in a very long time. The hotel was beautiful and situated nearby Abdali Mall. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were really good.

These people are true hoteliers. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted in a friendly and welcoming way. If you ask for something, *anything*, the person you ask will stop, walk you to where you need to be, and pass you off. The property is impeccably maintained; gym/sauna/steam/jacuzzi all fabulous. Nothing but good things to say. BTW, I think Jordanians are some of the most hospitable people in the world—that from a person from California.
