We stayed two nights recently at the Kempinski Hotel Isthar Dead Sea and had a fantastic time. We wish we could have stayed longer. The property itself is amazing - overlooking the Dead Sea with great views, fantastic rooms/villas, beautifully maintained grounds, private beach with mud bath, infinity pools, and excellent restaurants. The personalized and friendly service across the board stood out more than anything else. Ahmad at the front desk and Samer, the manager, made us feel welcome at checkin and ensured that our visit was off to a great start. Ivan in guest relations was just amazing - he took excellent care of us throughout our stay and anticipated what we’d need. We had dinner at Rehan, the excellent Lebanese restaurant at the hotel. All of the different dishes and the Lebanese wine we tried were very good. Shout out to Hani and Rame for the stellar service. We will definitely be back and stay longer next time!

From the moment we arrived at Blu @ Ashur at the Kempinski Hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Mousa, setting the tone for a truly memorable evening. The stunning view of the infinity pool blending into the vast expanse of the Dead Sea immediately caught our attention. Our dining experience was further enhanced by our waitress, Prencess Ragos, whose attentiveness and warmth added a special sparkle. We indulged in the seafood rice cataplana, a symphony of flavors, perfectly paired with a superb wine selection recommended by Prencess. Every bite celebrated the bounty of the sea, masterfully prepared and beautifully presented. The highlight of our evening was the delightful birthday song performance for my girlfriend, orchestrated by Prencess with support from Mousa. His involvement ensured that everything went seamlessly, adding genuine enthusiasm and joy to our celebration. Thanks to the exceptional service from Prencess and Mousa, dining at Blu @ Ashur was an exquisite experience. We left with full hearts and the beautiful sight of the Dead Sea under the stars etched in our memories. A heartfelt thank you to the team at Kempinski for a magical evening. We can’t wait to return!
