Beautiful Dead Sea view, but reception service needs improvement
The Dead Sea location is beautiful, relaxing, and worth visiting for the views and atmosphere. The hotel facilities and rooms were generally good, and the area is perfect for a calm stay. However, the experience was affected by poor reception service. My reservation offer was not handled properly at first, and Mohammed at the reception was not cooperative or helpful with our requests. This made the check-in experience stressful and disappointing. I would like to mention that Ivan from Lady in Red was helpful and tried to assist us in getting the offer we had reserved. Her support improved the situation, and we appreciated her effort. Overall, the place itself is very nice, but reception communication and cooperation need serious improvement.
