Exceptional Service and Heartwarming Gestures
Our stay at Kempinski Hotel Ishtar was truly exceptional. The team demonstrated outstanding hospitality, attending to every request with remarkable speed and care. A special mention goes to Seleen, who went above and beyond when my young daughter asked for a banana — she arranged a delightful surprise of exquisite sweets and fresh fruits. This thoughtful gesture brought so much joy to my daughters and made our experience even more memorable. Thank you for creating such a warm and unforgettable stay.

Anniversary destination
This was our second time staying at kempinski Ishtar four our anniversary, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The team was so friendly and made us feel truly celebrated. A big shout-out to Mr. Tarawneh, the Hammock Terrace manager, who always goes above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We left with happy hearts that we decided to have this tradition on every anniversary; celebrating it with this luxurious and welcoming hospitality

Great service, delicious food. Very helpful team lovely facilities. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful service. What a way to wind up the beautiful journey in Jordan. We came after a recommendation of our friends and I must say it was worthy to visit, despite of scorching heat it was pleasant and enjoyable. We Spend our time in their spa facilities which set the tone of calmness and peace. Spa team was keep hydrating us with cold water and karkadeh drink. We had nice massage which was the most relaxing I had ever in my life. Both therapist were so skillful ( Apinya and I forgot the other name asian girl). Thank you Lujain for explaining the entire procedure. Highly recommended. See you again.
