The food that was served in my room is perfect. The equality of the hotel is good. The front of the hotel is very pretty. I enjoy it with my friends. They pool is perfect and temperature of their pool is good. And the weather is very nice. And the kempinski has a nice view and beach. The food that was served in my room is very fast and still hot. The staff is very friendly. I hope to come back here, And also I would like to thanks the order taker in room service, she's very warm and good. I also thanks Ahmad who delivered my foods in room.

We stayed here March 2026. The hotel was beautiful, room large with sea views and balcony. Great amenities. Mud and salt rub rejuvenating. The spa treatment excellent. Food at Rehan restaurant the best we had on our trip. Enjoyed chatting with Mohamed and Mohamed and Sultan who took care of us with mud massages, etc. Enjoyed meeting Majed, excellent bar tender with his own delish recipes which we tried. Service was excellent. Highly recommend. Will be on our bucket list to go back to. Get out here and explore Jordan.

loud wedding music shaking bedrooms and plentiful but generic tasting food.
I stayed with my family on a trip around Jordan. We stayed for 2 nights. We only ate at the hotel. The first night it wqs a banging wedding until Midnight. The music played outside and the room shook. There was a note in our room but that just pointed out what we already knew. It was horrendous. We ate at the buffet and that was ok but not great food wise but good service wise. The dead sea experience was excellent. Perfect in fact. Evening meal we ate in the traditional restaurant which again was ok but not delicious. The pool men were attentive but none of the bells worked and the pools appeared to be more for instagram and photos than swimming. There were also banging tunes by the pool which was unwanted accompanied by many ants.
