Our stay at Kempinski Dead Sea was truly exceptional. The hotel is beautiful in every detail, from the impressive building design to the peaceful natural surroundings and the breathtaking Dead Sea views. The whole place is extremely clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, giving a real sense of luxury and privacy. The food was also excellent, with great variety, fresh ingredients, and high quality service in the restaurants. However, what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are one of the key reasons behind the success of this hotel. Every team member we met was kind, supportive, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. Their professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to every small detail made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Kempinski Dead Sea is not only a beautiful hotel, it is a complete experience of comfort, luxury, nature, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again.

We stayed at Kempinski Hotel Dead Sea for two nights, and it was the perfect choice to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we received a wonderful welcome from Yacoub at the Front Desk. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and highly professional. Our room had a breathtaking view, was spotlessly clean, and beautifully prepared. We were also delighted to find a handwritten welcome card waiting for us, thoughtful gesture that truly reflected the attention to detail of the Ladies and Gentlemen in Red. Later, we headed to the beach, where Jalal, the lifeguard, was professional, attentive. In the evening, we dined at Rehan Restaurant, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, the views were stunning, and the team delivered exceptional service throughout the evening. What makes Kempinski Dead Sea truly special is the care and quality evident in every corner of the resort. It is an excellent destination for families , with spacious facilities that are impeccably maintained. Everywhere you look, there is art, beauty, and attention to detail, creating a truly remarkable atmosphere. On the second evening of our stay, I experienced a sudden health issue. The level of care and concern shown by the team was genuinely outstanding. What touched me most was that even after check-out, Ivan, the Gentlemen in Red team personally followed up to make sure I was feeling better and that everything was okay. That level of genuine hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to Yacoub, Wasim, Ivan, and Jalal for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning soon.
