Peaceful & relaxing
This is the best dead sea hotel in my opinion, according to their kindness and generousity in service, the staff is so professional specially the lifeguard Khaled Faraj at Ashour pool, where i lost my gold earing which fell in the deep area it was small withTurquoise gem stones which makes it hard to find, however khaled dove and found it for me. Thank you so much.

A Truly Wonderful Stay at Kempinski Hotel Amman
Kempinski Hotel Amman offers excellent service, a very warm welcome, and outstanding cleanliness. The restaurants serve amazing food, especially the Lebanese cuisine, and the Lebanese chef abu Elias is very charming and friendly and excellent cook .It was truly a wonderful experience.

Amazing beginning for a new chapter in my life
My family and I went there to celebrate my 40th birthday We started this amazing vacation with Mr.Yacoub and Mr Alaa at the reception, we were welcomed with refreshing hibiscus juice , they both worked hard to arrange a groundfloor room suitable for my family and I, the room was super clean Aktham the housekeeper took excellent care of our rooms, always shining My birthday night we spent at Rihan Restaurant, to get there Mashhour picked us up it was such a fun drive, having Hani as your main waiter nothing can go wrong, with his amazing ear to ear smile, noticing who has allergies and remembering for all during our stay!! The meals conducted by Abo Elias were mouth watering masterpieces of flavors Be careful he can play the Durbakkeh as well!:) At the breakfast dinning room Sabri was always around, what do you for you guys? What to bring? Always with a smile At the pool, all the staff, Saed, Yousef, Anas, Jalal the the lifeguard there were all around when needed The spaaaaaaaa What an experience While checking out i asked to book for next year Kempinski Dead Sea will become my annual hu. for my birthdays Thank you all for an unforgettable beginning of a new chapter
