Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea

My experience at the Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea was outstanding. I was welcomed with genuine warmth, service, and a sense of luxury. The resort itself is stunning, it’s location along the dead sea, the pools, pathways, and the gardens create a serene atmosphere that makes every moment feel like a dream. Throughout the hotel, the staff consistently maintained this high level of professionalism and kindness. Whether at reception, housekeeping, or the restaurant, every team member contributed to making the stay smooth, relaxing, and memorable. I must not forget to tell about my experience at the Lebanese restaurant “Rehan.”The food was exceptional with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients and was beautifully presented by the remarkable team working there. A special thank-you to Ahmad Hatoum and Mohamad Almasri for their warm hospitality and attentive service throughout the evening. I also want to extend my appreciation to Chef Hashem, whose talent and passion were evident in every dish served. I also had the chance to visit the hotel’s Ishtar Spa by Resense, which was a wonderfully relaxing experience. A special mention goes to Anaam, whose kindness and attentive care made the spa visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Great Hotel with Great Staff.

Of course, the Kominski Ishtar doesn't need my comment because it's well-known, and if it weren't for its reputation in Jordan in particular, and in the surrounding countries in general, and indeed worldwide, we wouldn't have chosen it. But I'd like to express my gratitude to the hotel management for their excellent staff selection, especially the evening shift. I specifically mention Raed and Alaa, the reception manager, who treated me like a hotel owner, not just a guest. All my appreciation to the staff in particular and the hotel in general. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Had an exceptional stay at the Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service truly stood out. The restaurant manager, Ahmad, the spa manager, Vinod, and the front desk management team were absolutely amazing—warm, professional, and always ready to help. Their Lebanese restaurant, Rehan, served some of the best food I’ve had in the region, and the breakfast spread was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The resort’s private access to the Dead Sea is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and supported by attentive staff who assist with mud application, towels, and anything you need. The entire property feels like a true luxury resort with all the bells and whistles—multiple pools, world-class spa, beautiful landscaping, and top-tier service across every touchpoint. Whether you’re here to unwind, enjoy a romantic escape, or even for business travel, this place delivers. It’s also conveniently located, just about an hour from Amman city and the airport, making it easy to reach while still feeling like a peaceful getaway. Will recommend also going to the Baptism site which is 15 minutes away, it’s a great experience 🙏 Highly recommend staying here—an experience worth repeating.
