About the Hotel

Once a nondescript public library building, overlooking the Prinsengracht (Prince’s Canal), Andaz Amsterdam has been transformed into a fantastical dream-world by Dutch architect and renowned designer Marcel Wanders. The Andaz Amsterdam is a super hotel…funky, modern and unique. Service is good, and most staff was friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is well worth it. Would easily stay here again. Location is good too.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic and it exceeds expectations. Not only was the food phenomenal the staff and housekeeping were top notch as well as the overall amenities being more than expected. Mini fridge complimentary and restocked twice a day...this was a great way to experience the heart of Amsterdam.

You truly couldn’t ask for a better location. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it effortless to explore the city while still feeling like a comfortable retreat. From the moment you arrive, the staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Every interaction felt genuine and attentive, setting the tone for a seamless stay. The property itself is filled with eye-catching art, giving it personality and a distinct sense of place. The rooms are exceptionally well laid out, functional, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast offers just about every option you could want, and even room service exceeded expectations. We will absolutely return on our next trip to Amsterdam.

I am very happy with our stay at Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht. From Check In to check out, we have pleasant experiences. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than check in time on rainy day and I was drenched; the receptionist was kindly help us to get an early check in. Shout out to Owen who made my day! The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. We booked room with the twin beds and garden view. The hotel location is very strategic and within walking distance to all of our point of interests. Overall it’s an enjoyable stay and definitely we will be back here.
