The best hotel I've stayed in Amsterdam in all the years I've been visiting this city. Service is beyond what I expected from the moment I've arrived at the doorstep during check in to the daily experience I've had during my 5 day stay. The room and the bathroom are always checked for cleanliness and amenities are always checked for completeness to the barest minimum. The breakfast every morning has everything I want and the attentive service from the staff is just superb. Everyone is courteous and helpful. Moreover, it's very near the Rokin metro should you decide to take the public transportation. It's also walking distance to many restaurants in the Rembrandtplein and Leideseplein. The location is very centrally located and since I was in Amsterdam for a convention in RAI, it made my travel to the convention center quite fast as RAI is only 3 metro stops away. It really made my entire stay very memorable.

This property has it all - stunning architecture, tasteful decor, wonderful restaurants, 2 excellent bars, an A+ location, lots of canal views and a brisk but not long walk to virtually all of Amsterdam's sights and restaurants. Add into the mix a well trained staff who provide utterly impeccable service and rooms which are brilliantly decorated and amenitized and you literally can't go wrong with or better than De L'Europe for your trip to Amsterdam - whether it's a business or personal trip. I'd like to personally recommend Maya (Front Desk) and Yvke (Concierge) for their extraordinary assistance in making our stay perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at D’ El Europe Hotel. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra cozy. The staff deserves special mention: friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. Service felt very personal, and we appreciated the warm welcome. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, offering a good variety to start the day. Overall, D’ El Europe combines charm, convenience, and comfort. overall, perfect! especially the staff - ed jordan and marco in the front desk, they are cery accommodating. our room is very clean with a good view. we will be coming back for sure 😊
