Beautiful hotel, lovely front desk and wait staff. Jordan was an excellent tour guide and provided a warming experience for my friends and I. The breakfast staff were super accommodating and friendly :) Room service was the only hiccup. Many times we called for service and they only had 1-2 items available. Some employees felt comfortable complaining about their lack of support. Overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Jordan gave us a great tour of the property and made us feel right at home. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great location. There were a few problems, though, with the room service. One night it took almost 3 hours and the next night after an hour, we ended up canceling the food because it never came. The kitchen was also out of most dishes. A bit disappointing.

Jordan gave us a great little tour to kick off our stay and was so friendly throughout. Staff at the restaurant for breakfast and concierge were great too!

My wife and I spent two nights at Hotel de l’Europe during a business trip to Amsterdam, and it was simply the most incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were absolutely wonderful - the service throughout our stay was impeccable. Everyone we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to interact with. They truly elevated our experience and made us feel exceptionally well cared for. The room was exceptional, with a fantastic, magical view of the river. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing - the heated floors were absolutely spectacular in the dead of winter. We enjoyed drinks at Freddy’s Bar, the hotel’s iconic gentlemen’s pub, which has wonderful old-world charm and ambiance. Dinner at Brasserie Marie was fantastic - the food was excellent and the French brasserie setting was perfect for both business travelers and couples. I cannot recommend Hotel de l’Europe highly enough. Whether you’re visiting Amsterdam for business or pleasure, this property gets every detail right. It’s a truly world-class hotel in every sense.

I visited Amsterdam briefly a couple of months ago, and I still think about my visit to Hotel De L’Europe — a drink at The Chapter Bar and dinner at Graziella. Marco was absolutely phenomenal; I’ve never felt so genuinely welcomed anywhere else. It was difficult to find a table at the restaurant, but he personally spoke to the manager and they managed to accommodate me. The dinner was fantastic, the place stunning, and Clarissa was impeccable. Marco also told me about the history of the hotel, which I found truly fascinating. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one was well deserved. I’ll definitely be back!
