Wow experience
My husband and I were in Amsterdam in the first week of April to see the Tulips. The entire stay at the hotel was just Wow from check in where they welcomed us with champagne to our room being perfectly located overlooking the canal. The concierge was extremely helpful with recommendations of restaurants to booking them for us. Special thanks to Jordan and Mo who greeted every guest with a warm welcome and send off. The highlight is the golf cart that is used for drop off for a short distance. The list can go on and on. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Ideal!
Loved this hotel! The location is prime, with lovely views over the Amstel and comfortable walking distance to many neighborhoods, museums, parks. The entire staff were uniformly gracious and hospitable, especially the door and concierge team (which were super responsive even before our arrival). We felt so well taken care of, whether at breakfast, drinks at Freddy's, dinner at Marie's, or even just a pot of coffee in the room. We will definitely return.

Good location. Nice hotel with several inconsistencies
The overall design of the hotel shows that it is not a hotel of some chain like Four Seasons or Mandarin. That is very pleasing. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast-good 5 star standard. Friendly and efficient staff. Room service could be greatly improved. Dishes definitely not 5 star standard. Pasta Bolognese once served as a very large portion. The 2nd time children's portion. Not plausible. Pizza definitely below standard and a frozen one. We had a good laugh when we discovered this supermarket pizza under the silver plate hood. Restaurant Graziella was quite decent. A little too pretentious for such rather simple cuisine. On the day of departure, call at about 11:45 and also knocking on the room, with question when we would check out. They could not wait to scare guests away 😆 goodbye ever again …

Exceeded all expectations. Beautiful hotel from top to bottom. Immaculate service - especially the lovely breakfast girls! Canals view room was superb. Marie was excellent as was the Italian restaurant. I could Definetly live in this hotel!

Exceptional Hotel.
Luxury hotel and professional management and hospitality. Loved the furniture and space of the room and the toilet was beautiful and super clean. A special thanks to Mr. JORDAN OSEWOUDT for his warm welcoming and making us feel like Home and attached to the hotel and Amsterdam.
