A truly fabulous experience from start to finish.
From our very first contact, Marilyn, the Spa Manager, was absolutely wonderful. Even before our arrival, everything was thoughtfully planned through emails and phone calls, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for in advance. Once we arrived, it felt like stepping into a little haven of relaxation. Every small detail and thoughtful touch made us feel truly special. The massage was simply amazing, both for me and my 5-year-old daughter — such a beautiful and memorable moment for us to share. We were treated like real princesses, in a warm, elegant, and soothing atmosphere. The access to the pool and relaxation area was the perfect finishing touch to an already magical experience. Everything was perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Marilyn and the entire team for creating such an unforgettable moment for us. ✨💫

The best hotel imaginable
I went with my wife for a few nights in January. The hotel is absolutely perfect. They helped arrange private transport from the airport to the hotel (and back) that was amazing. Additionally, the restaurants in the hotel are fantastic. We had a dinner at Trattoria Graziella and breakfast at Brasserie Marie. Both were fantastic. The staff at the hotel (including Jordan) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Lastly, the location is superb. Everything that we wanted to see and do in Amsterdam for a few days was walkable from the hotel (we don't mind a 20-30 minute walk for some things). In summary: there is no better place to stay in Amsterdam.

All the staff were wonderful during our stay and truly transformed our experience into something perfect. We would especially like to thank the concierge, Sander, the entire front desk team: Mike, Maya, oriental man, especially Mou to received us, Jordan, and also the driver of the cart, who was always so kind and attentive. Staying with family that we love!
We will miss all of the team and we are sad to leave. Jordan became family upon arrival. Robert at the door , couldn't have been kinder. We travel often and appreciate the extra effort and attention we received ! Can not wait to recommend to friends !!!!Thank you for the fabulous experience!

Great hotel in Amsterdam!
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great room, great service. Jordan at the front door was wonderful, he gave us a lovely welcome when we arrived and was a friendly and helpful face throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Amsterdam.
