From the moment I walked in, Marijn’s service stood out. She provides care effortlessly, noticing exactly what is needed without a word something I also observed with other guests. It was such a pleasure to witness!

Jordan is an exceptional professional — always attentive, kind, and fully dedicated to the well-being of every guest. His commitment is noticeable in every gesture, always carried out with a warm smile that makes everything feel easier. One rainy day, he got a towel to deu out the bike with the same cheerful spirit; the very next day, under the sun, he kindly offered me a bottle of water before I went cycling. These small but meaningful actions show how he consistently gives his best. Jordan doesn’t just do his job — he goes above and beyond, creating an atmosphere of genuine care and hospitality.

The entire staff was unbelievably helpful. The room with a balcony overlooking the canal was terrific. Bed was very comfortable. Extremely clean. And Paulina at the spa was wonderful. Don’t know if I’m spelling his name correctly, but Jacob at the front door , was there to help me every day with whatever I needed no matter how minute. Front desk people were also at the top of their game. My hats off to the maids, waiters, waitresses & everyone who helped make my 1st trip to Amsterdam the success that it was.

Excellent all-around stay in Amsterdam. The staff was courteous and remarkably helpful, providing small details and suggestions about the city. The room was very functional and comfortable. With its location in the heart of the city, we would return to it on our next trip.
