De L'Europe Amsterdam

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel de l’Europe and had a lovely stay. The service was top-notch from the second we walked in: easy check in, showed us right to our room even though we were there early, and offered to connect us with the concierge for special reservations. The lobby and common areas are beautifully appointed, although the hallways are a bit dark. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the canal on the far side of the lobby. We stayed in a junior suite, which was quite big (especially for Europe). My top must-haves for a hotel room these days are a super quiet environment, great shower and great bed. This stay ticked the first two boxes. I never heard a peep from adjacent rooms or even outside our door, which is so rare these days and much appreciated. The bathroom was gorgeous and had the most delightful rain shower. Had Diptyque products with a beautiful scent. The bed and pillows left a lot to be desired, but we could hardly complain as we were often so tired from our daily adventures! We ate in the hotel restaurant Marie for breakfast most mornings, which was good (nothing to write home about in and of itself). Ordered room service one night when we were particularly exhausted and was shocked by how quickly our meal arrived, as well as how fresh and delicious it was. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, romantic stay.

From check-in to check-out, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel de l’ Europe. Our room was ready 39 minutes after our late morning arrival. The front desk could not have been nicer nor more professional. We chose to wait and grabbed lunch at their restaurant Brasserie Marie. It was delicious! Their location is in the heart of the city making it easy to navigate to museums, restaurants and canals leading to quaint neighborhoods. Our room was spacious for the two of us. Room amenities were great. Our stay included breakfast which was always delicious . The service was excellent. Any time we walked by the front desk and front door, we were always kindly greeted. I highly recommend this luxury hotel!a

After travelling from Australia, and doing a cruise down the Rhine ending in Amsterdam, we had a lovely stay here. All the hotel staff were amazing, especially Jordan. The location was perfect, an easy walk to explore the shops, take a canal tour and close to the tram and train. Beautiful room and amenities. The breakfast menu and buffet was delicious and beautifully presented. We will stay here again when we next visit Amsterdam.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel de L europe, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. The hospitality was exceptional — nothing was missing, nothing was too much to ask. The staff were not only highly professional, but consistently kind and attentive. They truly spoiled us in the best possible way. The spa was beautiful, the food was outstanding, and of course their three Michelin Keys are more than deserved. I already had high expectations before arriving, but this stay exceeded them in every possible way. A heartfelt recommendation to anyone who seeks only the very best. We stayed here in November and were warmly greeted by Jordan who made as feel at home from the first moment. The hotel is perfectly located, close to Rokin metro station which is only one stop from Centraal Station. The bicycles provided by the hotel are the perfect way to get around during your stay. The room and especially the bathroom are very spacious which is perfect for longer stays. The bathroom is equipped with a Dyson hairdryer. We had dinner and breakfast at Brasserie Marie, both were amazing, from the delicious food to the very friendy staff. We also made use of the Spa, which has a beautiful terrace to cool down after the sauna. We will definitely come back to Hotel de l’Europe if we come back to Amsterdam.
