Luxury hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights . Great position Staff charming and helpful . Breakfast super with wide wide choices . Beautifully presented . We were upgraded? to a courtyard duplex . Beautiful room with bedroom as you enter - tastefully decorated . BUT - bathroom and wardrobe ( and safe) down steep flight of stairs . Initially loved the look of- but not suitable for oldies like me - especially if you need the loo at night . We didn’t ask to change rooms as it was just two nights - but be aware of these courtyard rooms if they are all duplex style . Safe was not working - quickly sorted by staff. Also charging points not working - used one on floor for mobiles etc . Room was cold and aircon didn’t seem to warm up at 26 degrees. A lovely stay, very expensive but it was a treat for us . Didn’t eat in Michelin restaurant- plenty of cafes/ restaurants around . If you are aware of points above - then book it . Didn’t get to see canal view rooms Also 12.5% city tax on top

We adore this hotel. Everything about it is wonderful. Great staff, fantastic location, elegant and comfortable furnishings. The bed is so comfy and the rooms well equipped. Bravo to the owners

A True FIVE STAR Experience
Over the course of three weeks we stayed in six different five star hotels, and without exception, The Dylan stood out as a true five star experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated like valued guests. A quiet lobby with a warm fireplace and welcome drink, to a personal tour and a walk to our room where our luggage was waiting for us. Our every need was attended to. There was not a request we made that was not met with a smile and a feeling that the entire staff was happy to accommodate. It is clear that The Dylan holds itself to a standard that goes above a five star experience, and if you’re looking for a hotel that deliver on its’ promise, look no further than The Dylan. BRAVO!
