A wonderful welcome in the heart of Amsterdam
We just returned from a truly wonderful stay in this hotel. The whole team are very friendly, helpful, fun, chatty and efficient. They made us so welcome and at home, it was very much appreciated. The room, dining and atmosphere was all excellent as you would expect. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Luxury hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights . Great position Staff charming and helpful . Breakfast super with wide wide choices . Beautifully presented . We were upgraded? to a courtyard duplex . Beautiful room with bedroom as you enter - tastefully decorated . BUT - bathroom and wardrobe ( and safe) down steep flight of stairs . Initially loved the look of- but not suitable for oldies like me - especially if you need the loo at night . We didn’t ask to change rooms as it was just two nights - but be aware of these courtyard rooms if they are all duplex style . Safe was not working - quickly sorted by staff. Also charging points not working - used one on floor for mobiles etc . Room was cold and aircon didn’t seem to warm up at 26 degrees. A lovely stay, very expensive but it was a treat for us . Didn’t eat in Michelin restaurant- plenty of cafes/ restaurants around . If you are aware of points above - then book it . Didn’t get to see canal view rooms Also 12.5% city tax on top

We adore this hotel. Everything about it is wonderful. Great staff, fantastic location, elegant and comfortable furnishings. The bed is so comfy and the rooms well equipped. Bravo to the owners
