We had an excellent two night stay at Hotel Okura. The service is exceptional. We want to particularly thank Ashraf and Ezra for looking out for us-but really all of the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom was well appointed and very clean. It was a great perk to have access to the lounge on the 22nd floor. We used it to get drinks and relax, but one could use it for a late breakfast and late afternoon snack as well. We really liked location of this hotel. Although it is about 20 minutes leisurely walk from the museum area and other main sites, it was well worth it to be in a quiet area and a peaceful oasis. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

I was traveling for work and my CEO selected Hotel Okura, so I arrived knowing little about what to expect. Everything has been exceptional and understated. Understated in the sense that every amenity and everyone on the team is focused on providing an exceptional experience without overwhelming you or making a show of it. The Japanese, American, and European breakfast bar was a real treat!
