Amazing service provided. We just went to this hotel to have some rest and some diner. We want to thank Olga - spanish lady in the Guest Relations for her incredible recommendations, her passion and service. Thanks for offering a memorable experience. Unfortunately, nowadays its hard to find great people such as this young lady. We will visit soon!!

The bed was terrific, the view was perfect. The money spent on the junior suite was worth it. Would stay again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were top-notch. Greeted at door, checkin was fast and efficient. Taken to hallway for directions to room. Breakfast was huge! Concierge manager even brought up champagne the next day. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

We recently stayed at this property in Amsterdam and were very disappointed. The location on Dam Square is excellent, but our experience did not meet the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. Despite providing advance notice of our requirements, we were initially allocated a very small room with a back view into private houses. Our request for interconnecting rooms was not accommodated, which made it difficult for our family, especially our three-year-old granddaughter, to stay together in the evenings. Although the hotel later offered alternative arrangements — first a single room for all four of us, and then two rooms with a terrace — by that point we were already settled in, making it impractical to move. The rooms felt cramped, English TV channels had limited functionality, and breakfast lacked variety over multiple days. While staff did try to assist, the overall experience did not reflect the level of luxury or value for money we expected. It was especially disappointing as we had chosen this property over nearby hotels at roughly half the price, trusting it would provide a superior family experience. I hope the hotel takes this feedback on board to improve future guest experiences.
