NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky

The best hotel in Amsterdam Perfect bed and breakfast and the location was the best. Totally recommend !!!

Centrally located hotel. Small well appointed rooms. Limited menu restaurant with high prices. Hotel entrance is narrow and difficult to navigate. There is an abundance of staff in smart uniforms lurking in the lobby-- seemingly with no purpose which reminded me of the footmen at Downton. The breakfast buffet is impressive!

We just stayed 5 days in Amsterdam at this lovely hotel that exceeded our expectations! Firstly, the location was excellent for us because we wanted to be in the heart of the action on Dam Square. This hotel is happening with a busy lobby & lots of hustle & bustle (which we like). Second, the service & staff are the best. The staff is friendly, helpful, talkative, attentive. Any staff we came in contact with went out of the way to make us feel welcome & help us with anything! A special call out to Zesar at the concierge desk who was more than helpful! He recommended restaurants for us & each one was a 10/10. He also recommended activities & made reservations for us! He knew us by name & was so friendly & respectful. Thank you , Zesar, for making our stay extra special. We booked a premium room & asked for a higher floor & good view & got both! The maid service & amenities in the room were exceptional every day! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the breakfast & the beautiful breakfast room. What a joy every morning! A special call out to Rosanna at the breakfast hostess stand who greeted us by name & knew our room number after the first day. This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. It is not inexpensive but you get what you pay for & in this case, we felt the level of service was worth the cost!

First time in Amsterdam! This hotel is absolutely stunning but the best part of the experience is the Staff, they are so friendly and accommodating and really take care of any need you may have. Kudos to the staff and I look forward to seeing all again very soon.

We stayed at the centrally located Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky on our 4 day visit to Amsterdam. The location is just perfect and everything is walking distance and even the central train station is a short walk from the hotel. Our room was small and the view wasn’t good as we could see the side of the next building. We did enjoy dining at their restaurant and cafe, the facilities were good and the service was excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
