NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky

We stayed here in May 2025 and had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and always tidied well each day. There was a small issue with working the safe when we got there which the hotel staff dealt with within five minutes. We had no complaints at all. Very nice bar in the hotel with great staff. It was a shame that the sauna and spa could only be booked and were at additional cost. This seemed excessive as it is advertised as a 5* hotel. Nice gym. Great location in the heart of Amsterdam and we never struggled to get to places from here. All staff were very kind and helpful and we had a great stay!

The hotel is amazing, it starts with the amazing stuff which is always smiling and attentive and with the facilities and cleanliness. I do recommend updating or at least checking elevator no.3, .which can be very slow

Juan was quick to handle our check-in process with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring every detail was correct while still making the experience feel personal. Daan went the extra mile to share local tips and insider recommendations that added an authentic touch to our trip. Both of them demonstrated not only excellent service skills but also a genuine passion for what they do, which shone through in every interaction. Throughout our stay, they checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed, always with kindness and sincerity. They managed to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, creating a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

The accommodation provided an exceptional experience, exceeding expectations in every aspect. From the warm and attentive hospitality to the immaculate cleanliness and thoughtfully designed spaces, every detail contributed to a comfortable and memorable stay. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and tranquility, while the amenities ensured that every need was met. It was truly a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a perfect central location. The extremely helpful, efficient and friendly staff accommodated our every need. The rooms were beautiful, clean and provided everything needed. There was a wide selection of excellent quality food for breakfast (including champagne!). With the excellent hospitality overall I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would not hesitate to return.
