NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky

We had a wonderful room looking out on Dam square. The staff is wonderful, thank you Sam and Juan for the nice card and extras! We had dinner in Grand cafe and everything was super tasteful!

Stayed here recently for my husbands 40th birthday. We couldn’t fault our stay. Staff are attentive without being in your face and the location is perfect- everywhere we wanted to be was easily reached within a 30 min walk. Make sure you include breakfast, it’s such a lovely setting, and excellent choice- anything you could think of really! Particularly enjoyed our morning mimosas. We also dined in the white room which I would highly recommend for a special occasion. The only slight negative is that the central location means it can get a bit noisy at nights- nothing ear plugs don’t solve!

Excellent, efficient and friendly service. Amazing ambiance. Good quality food. Halal options available at Winter Garden Restaurant. High quality, clean, professional and safe environment. No swimming pool at this hotel. Hotel is at a convenient location, close shopping centers/boutiques and attractions, all walking distance. Many souvenir, pastry and street food shops nearby. Overall, superb experience, will definitely return, thank you Anantara Grand Hotel!

Hotel located in the heart of Amsterdam, full of story and history. We received a very warm welcome of Guest Relations Team, thank you to Juan, Gloria, Sem, Lucas, Carlota and Olga for fulfilling our stay and make it special. A smooth check-in process by Annabelle and Romain. Thank you Peter for upgraded our room. Jesse assisted us at checking-out and with our luggage, we appreciated your service. Experience at Grand Cafe is nice, all staffs and chef pay attention on us and asking for food restriction/allergy before ordering food wich is a good service. Thank you Alessia and team. We enjoyed our time at Taylor bar. Cocktails are nice and bartenders explain each of cocktails very well and they provide good service, big thank to Rob for your good service. However, on busy time there is no staff at the front to welcome the guests, it takes few minutes to get table. DO NOT MISS BREAKFAST AT WINTER GARDEN! Breakfast is amazing and variety options. The service is beyond! Even in peak time, all staffs pay attention to you, keep checking on your request, cleaning your table and offering you coffee and foods! Thank you to Rossana, Jacklyn, Wilawan, Sari, Mohammed and other staffs, you are amazing team. We concern about the cleanliness of room. Your housekeeping make it perfect. Room is clean, bedsheet smell fresh of cleanliness, and the turn down service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel now and each stay has been fantastic. The rooms are very well done, very classy. The whole communal areas of the hotel are beautiful, including the stunning reception and Winter Garden where you have breakfast. On Dam Square so only a 10 min walk from the Station and only 5-10 min walk to all the sights that Amsterdam has to offer and the shopping as well. Staff are great, and so many of them. Worth the investment if a little bit of luxury is your thing!
