NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky

We stayed one night, the hotel was absolutely Fabulous. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the receptionist who checked us in and gave us an early check in, housekeeping and concierge. The buffet breakfast was outstanding lots of fresh juice loved the blueberries and grapes and the lady chef who cooked the omelette made the best omelette I've ever eaten. I told her that too thank you. The room was very comfortable with soft bedding and pillows. Great one night stay

Super short stay retreat for two eager visitors to experience the hospitality of Amsterdam. Despite the chilly weather we were warmly received by everyone including Hotel staff and local businesses.

Myself and my husband stayed at this lovely hotel with our 18 and 14 year old sons. We had a great time at this fantastic hotel and received a lovely welcome by Peter and our rooms were great. We enjoyed the robes and slippers and the modern and clean set up of the rooms. We enjoyed the complimentary drink for Chinese New Year and all of the staff were so helpful. It is in a great location and a wonderful place to stay in Amsterdam.

Booked this hotel as it was central and had good reviews. We were not disappointed! From entering the hotel we were made to feel welcome, as we were greeted by the door staff and our bags were carried in for us. Check in was smooth, a lovely guy called Peter checked us in and he explained everything we needed to know. All the reception staff were smart, professional and very friendly. . The rooms were clean, modern and spacious with excellent facilities. The bathroom products were divine ! Towels were plentiful. The rooms were serviced daily. The hotel is perfectly located on Dam Square for experiencing Amsterdam. We were able to walk everywhere. There are lovely restaurants ( and bars) in the vicinity and shopping is fantastic. We went to sight see but ended up doing a lot of shopping as well as there were so many high end, also quirky and well known shops to choose from. Our teenage daughter and her friend were in heaven! We were pleasantly surprised at how safe Amsterdam felt, walking around, for a large city. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a luxury stay in a central location. The staff make this hotel with their welcoming , professional attitude to clients. Would definitely stay there again.
