NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky

Truly unforgettable experience. My husband and I were blessed to visit Amsterdam for the first time this March and stayed at this incredible hotel. We were greeted at the door and there was no wait to check-in. We were assisted with check-in by Natali. She engaged with us, asked questions about our stay to learn more about us. We shared that we were celebrating our anniversary and Natali graciously made sure we had an unforgettable room on the third floor facing the Royal Palace. It was the BEST view. I loved that we could open our window in the room to let in fresh air and hear the sounds of the city outside. The room was spacious, clean and stocked with travel necessities for our convenience. That same night we checked in, my husband had an allergic reaction while we were out. By the time we made it back to the hotel, his condition had worsened. I went down to the desk and thankfully Natali was a familiar, friendly face during a really scary moment. I explained the situation to her, she gave me accurate information and sound advice. She generously supplied us with plenty of water to bring back up to my husband. She was proactive and sent the security team to our room while I was still at the desk. She didn’t know this but I was deeply afraid to leave my husband in the room alone to seek help so to know she was thinking ahead speaks a lot to her problem solving and critical thinking skills under pressure.When I made it back to our room, I sighed with relief when I saw two members of the security team attending to my husband. It was so incredibly reassuring during such a high-stress first-time situation! They were kind and patient with us and didn’t leave until they were certain my husband would be okay. The following day, there was note left in our room from the team wishing us well and offered us further support. We truly can’t measure the kindness and compassion displayed by so many members of the team at Anatara Amsterdam.

Amazing location, walking distance to shopping, and restaurants

My Husband and I stayed at Anatara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam in March 2026 for a business trip .We were very impressed beginning with the warm welcome as we arrived, Every staff member were so professional and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful , what a selection and very fresh , the dining room was very well laid out and ran in a very orderly manner. The room was luxurious and very clean and well stocked , I was very impressed with the Amouage bathroom products ! The Location could not have been better ! every site and amenity were a short enjoyable walk from the Hotel .We would absolutely recommend this hotel for any kind of group visiting !

The stay was wonderful! A special thank you to Olga and Rosie for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care — they made us feel truly welcome and looked after throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued on highest level! The attention to details and kindness did not go unnoticed — thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable and thank you for such a nice amenities in the room. We enjoyed so much and will come back for sure!

We have stayed 4 nights in a beautifull suit, provided with water for 1 night, so disappointing. We came to celebrate my wife's 60 birthday and I was told when I upgraded the room, they would make it special for my wife, well that's never happened, so yes slightly disappointed considering the high price paid for this room. It's the little things that count.
