I stayed at Anantara Krasnapolsky for 4 nights, in which I faced 0 troubles, great welcoming and super nice staff, great service, high level of security and safety.

Beautiful, clean hotel with fantastic location. The Michelin Star White Room restaurant was fabulous.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay in the Heart of the City Our stay at Anantara Krasnapolsky was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the center of Amsterdam with easy access to all the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Daan, the Duty Manager, whose hands-on approach and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression. He was always present, attentive, and willing to assist with a smile. His personal involvement and dedication ensured that every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The combination of a prime location, beautiful property, and exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend Anantara Krasnapolsky and look forward to returning on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Fabulous hotel, highly recommended. I'm giving it 5 stars, despite the poor sleep quality, which is down to the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in (a twin, not a double). Let's get this one negative out of the way. I have an actual bruise on my hip from sleeping on my side, and it's sore. The pillows are also rubbish - completely floppy, no firmness or shape to them at all. And there were no extra ones, either. Seriously bad bed and pillows. Fortunately, even though that is quite a big deal, that's the only flaw for me. Every other aspect of service and provision in the hotel is brilliant. I want to give particular mention to the WinterGarden and to the Tailor Bar. The Wintergarden is a must for breakfast. It's such good value - so much on offer every morning, including champagne. Service is til around 11, too. Plenty for vegans and there's even a chocolate fountain at weekends, if that's your thing! The serving staff are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble. I wish I could remember all the names but Aida, Maria and Maureen are the names I do remember. Thank you all so much, and your fellow service staff, hosts and bus boys. Superb. And of course, the Wintergarden is also a beautiful and charming place to eat. The Tailor Bar is fab. Comfy sofas. Staff are very friendly, helpful and chatty. Nice light bites, good wine and cocktails, there's even an adjacent covered smoking area with nice furniture, which was a great place to sit in the rain and watch a fantastic electrical storm for an hour or two. And there's a DJ. The hotel is in a great location, a 10 min walk from Amsterdam Centraal station. It's also a really good place to start from, for shopping or sightseeing, whether on foot or on the tram - tram stops are right here at Dam Square. The room was very nice. The deluxe room is the standard room, I believe. Not especially big or the best views but we weren't spending much time there. Nice bathroom, with everything you need. The shower is easy to use and really very enjoyable. Mini bar, coffee machine with pods and bottled water and complimentary biscuits. Housekeeping service is very good. Reception was friendly and efficient. It was my first time back here in 30 years. It's been modernised since then. A very desirable place to stay, and well situated.

A stand out hotel in Amsterdam in terms of location and service. It was my fifth stay here and i will certainly return. The service is generally excellent and the location is hard to beat.
