Nice hotel
Hotel was very clean and modern and staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and towels were high quality. Two negatives: room was very dark even when all available lights were on and there was only one trash can other than the covered one in the WC.

Family weekend in Amsterdam
What a lovely experience we had at this hotel. The staff was adorable, very kind and always helpful. The amenities are great (very spacious rooms), so is the location, and the fact that it’s a charming renovated historic building creates a sumptuous atmosphere. Could not rate it any better. Great value for money.

Not a five star hotel in my opinion was given wrong room paid for upgrade never moved food was cold took a deposit on my card which I haven't received yet

Theft disguised as service – avoid this place!”
Warning! This company illegally charged €261.93 to my credit card without my consent, signature, or authorization – for payments related to other guests that I had nothing to do with. When I raised the issue, I only received excuses instead of an immediate refund. I have already opened a dispute case with Mastercard and I am considering filing a police report. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, amounts to theft. I strongly advise others not to book here.
